No proper Shower, after the complaining there simply said hotel is full just manage what you have. Check-in and Check-out process was a nightmare. No AC working in the room. With the kind of Brand I was expecting better service.

Overall a great stay at the Doubletree hotel. Convenient for the Schonbrunn Palace and underground station, approx. 20min walk. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with all our queries. The breakfast was very filling and such a choice. We enjoyed the bar food, and although not advertised this was also available as room service. My only criticism would be with the steam room, it wasn't working when we arrived and 6days later still not available despite our questions on it's return to service. Overall well worth another visit.

Everything was great; the amenities, spa, the restaurant, staff, location, cleanness.

totally useless staff, no idea what a hotel is. no idea even how to check in people, check resrvations. NEVER AGAIN

Unfortunately not reflective of the brand I was learning to trust and enjoy. The staff have never smiled so it seems. The checkin was painless but again was not the welcome we expected considering how much we paid. The property seems fresh, but the rooms have poor amenities. Basic at best. We switched rooms twice and accepted the third one. The air conditioning was not working in two rooms and the front desk made it seem like an upgrade to the one with ac. Though it sounded like a plane was mid air it was so noisy. They did not do housekeeping daily. In fact, we had to request it after the second night. The linens were good, but the “fresh” towels smelled like they have been washed without detergent. The location is not central to anything without a cab ride of at least 10 mins which starts to add up. I am sure better is out there!

Very nice hotel, affordable breakfast with lots of choices. This hotel is 15 min walk to the Shonbrunn palace and 20 min walk to subway to go down town. Rooms are clean every second day. Hotel have a bar with finger food available for dinner it also have a small shelf service snack outlet wich I liked very much. Hotel is near several restaurant. I highly recomend this hotel if you d'ont mind takind subway to go down town. Use of subway is very easy and safe and clean.

My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location, easy to travel too and from.

The staff and the area of the hotel . just excellent

I did not eat at their breakfast buffet. $25 per person per day was way too much money to spend. My wife usually only eats a muffin for breakfast. So the buffet wasn't work the cost. I used public transportation, so i did not need their parking garage. We had to ask for cream, sugar, and coffee and clean coffee cups to be placed in our rooms nearly everyday since the housekeeping staff did not check it daily. They also do not have ice machines, nor business computers to use in a business center.

They should offer a bottle of water or two of 500ml. It cost them nothing. I arrived late and needed water but could not find some in the room late night.

An average non-descript generic chain hotel with way overpriced breakfast, considering that the selection is at the level of a three star hotel. Quite expensive underground parking (considering the out of center location), but a nice perk is the free EV charging. Don’t pay for the breakfast and it’s an excellent deal out of season.

Super clean and comfortable hotel, close to transit, and they even had power converters to lend out to guests!

The hotel location itself is great, my room is amazing, breakfast is something to die for. They have the best selection I have ever encountered in my travels. There’s nothing more to say about because I immensely enjoyed my stay here and I am just all praises.

We booked our stay with Expedia and it was a big mistake. After choosing the room, Expedia took the money but changed the dates!! Before taking the money it was no review of order or anything!! After the reservation was made I've noticed the wrong dates and called the Hotel! They didn't try to help at all. Evend if we explained the situation( and it was in the first hour after the reservation and one month before the dates booked) and we said that we don't want the money back but at least to change the dates! So, I really do not recommend this hotel because if you have any problem/ situation they really don't care!
