Took over an hour for the check-in at 11 pm

Great place to stay in a vibrant and safe area of the city, and good value for money. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff and a delicious breakfast buffet made our stay here very enjoyable. Given the city’s climate, the rooftop pool is a big bonus and a nice place to relax.

I think this is more a 3 stars than a 4 stars hotel. Simple bed, bad pillows, spartan furnitures!

Really outdated style room. Staff was not friendly so I didnt feel welcome. Regular to bad breakfast

First time to Brazil, hotel is not as good as it claims to be, no room service dining, hotel staff are not as customer service oriented, perhaps due to language barrier, overall I would say a neutral experience, not entirely negative

Parking not included and had an additional fee. Bathroom not very clean. Room coffee machine not working.

This is the third time we stayed here. The rooms are clean and good facilities. Good location close to the motorway. A big variety for breakfast.

Stayed for 5 nights....one small issue, there was no safe in the room even though this had been 'promised'.

Então... eu acredito que o hotel deveria ter informado a vocês que o restaurante encontra-se em reforma , por.isso o café da manhã foi servido em um lugar muito pequeno , sem instrutura nenhuma , uma acústica péssima , mesas muito pequenas e pouca variedade oferecida. Fui avisada pelo. por e-mail da reforma do restaurante, mas acredito que isto deva estar sendo mencionado durante a reserva no APP , não maos nada a ressaltar.
