Was a over the top exoerience our concierge erik took care of our every needs for a large group of 11 range in age 5 to 75 .our housekeeper jhonny had our room look in pristine condition every day and her smile and kindness made us feel at home .would definetly rebook again

Even in october offseason we were treated like royalty .loved it so much i plan to return again

La comida muy corriente,carente de actividad y bares en las áreas estratégicas,para todo quieren cobrar,no es un todo incluido,lo único impecable son las habitaciones,pero jamás volvería a un lugar así,a pesar de ser muy bonito el lugar,el que está encargado de recibir los huéspedes en el hotel no tiene profesionalismo,las atenciones muy limitadas.

Needed updating bad. Staff was great. Paths in resort need to be lighted more to get around. I wanted more action around resort (more people). Buffet was ok other restaurant s were much better but only one open at a time along with buffet every night.

This resort is top notch!! My daughter and I enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would recommend this resort to all! The staff was so caring and provided excellent service! Our room was very clean, and the food was wonderful!!

Had to be bused to the beach which was not a great beach, but the food was better there. Food at resort was mediocre at best. The staff was friendly but only a few spoke English. Rooms were good bed was hard but got used to it. The smell from the marina was very stinky. Pool was good limited activities and pretty dead resort overall.

From the moment I arrived, the vibe was energetic, welcoming, and unmistakably unique. The resort blends luxury with a sporty, active atmosphere in the most refreshing way. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a stunning view of the Marina and palm-lined grounds. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little details—like premium toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV perfect for winding down after a beach day. What really stood out to me was the energy of the resort. Whether you’re into beach volleyball, poolside games, or just lounging with a drink in hand, there's always something happening. The staff made the experience even better—super friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure every guest was having a great time. Jhoan was especially great he made the check in process very smooth and always had a bright smile on his face! Lewis too! The on-site restaurants offered a great variety of flavors—from local favorites to international dishes—and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. Had an excellent time during my stay, definitely recommend it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Johan was very attentive and always asking what else he can do to make our stay more enjoyable. Facilities were first class.

The property was nice, clean and quiet. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a little older. The food was mediocre at best.

The hotel is good, but they need to improve the pool service. The room was very clean with an excellent view of the marina. Erick provided excellent service, very attentive. Alvi, too, provided excellent service.

This place was an absolute joke, TERRIBLE customer service besides ONE employee, Alvi. Employees speak next to zero English, the lobby bar area was disgusting and stunk like they’ve never changed their mops or mop water. The golf cart rental for $50/day was a rip off too, we literally broke down on 3 different golf carts and had to find our own way back to the resort each time. The Pool was clean and nice, but the bar drinks were very lack luster and you just drank whatever they gave you because they didn’t understand English when you ordered. The cups and straws were all paper and don’t hold up in the sun/heat/water. For being an all-inclusive place, it’s an absolute joke and rip off, and I am not one to complain. Our one room villa was good though, and nice layout. I definitely do NOT recommend this place one bit…. Thankfully there was Marina restaurants down the street for us to walk to and eat and drink at, that were high end and clean. I’d say this was our worst ever hotel experience and we are platinum members and we travel about 75-100 days a year.
