This property does not provide laundry facilities or parking on site as listed. I was sent to a third party garage a few blocks away that was public and no laundry facility or washer was available when I requested this.

Modest room in a perfect location. Safe neighbourhood.

Staff was great! Room was what I thought it was. Only challenge for me as a big guy the shower was a little tight.

Good place for shorter stay.

I spend one night there with my family and we had all of our belongs stolen inside of our car on the next morning after checkout. All luggage was inside the car and it was stolen.

location to Vatican and Metro was good. But the WIFI was out and not fixable according to the manager. No heat, very small room all for the ridiculous price of a 123 USD.

Nice staff, friendly, but the most important very close to city center. You can walk around without any problem. Safe and secure.. You find restaurants and everything you need around.

Great place, good location

This is a great hotel to stay at for the cost-conscious! The room was very clean and neat, had a small refrigerator, and great AC. The only things I wish it also had: a microwave, and TV channels in English. I really liked the location overall: about a 15 minute walk to the Vatican, about 7 minutes to a metro station, and many restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. It is a very 'local' neighborhood; it is safe. The staff, while speaking some English, are not overly fluent. But I didn't really have any troubles communicating with them. And they were friendly and helpful.

Nice location near Metro station. Quiet area with some great restaurants. Room was attached to reception area so a tiny bit noisy at times. Staff were very helpful. Air conditioner worked great. Overall very happy with my experience.

Best location to visit Vaticano, close to public transportation station and markets, clean and comfort.

Great hotel in a great spot! Hotel staff was so friendly and helpful when asking for recommendations for places to go to eat and hangout at night!

We went to this 3 star hotel because our neighbors stayed there last year. It is exactly what we expected. Price was low, room is very basic, breakfast was simple. Very friendly staff and easy checkin and check out. Metro is 5 minute walk in a quiet neighborhood, with a market just around the corner. Side Note: 1/2019 the taxes raised from 3€ to 4€ Per person per night for 3 star hotels, so 2 people 2 nights I had to pay 18€ at check out.

Very good location, close to the Vatican and bus/metro station. Clean and well maintained. Franco the receptionist was very kind and informative.

Warm friendly staff who speak limited English. Very quiet tree lined street 2 blocks from subway. 10 minute walk to Vatican. Staff let us leave our luggage after check out. WiFi not so great.

Small but nice hotel in Vatican city. Walking distance to bus, train stations. Staffs were nice and helpful. Room is clean and comfy enough.
