The food was not good. It was disappointing how bad the food was. Everything was great, and the staff especially were amazing, but they need to find a new chef - the food kills the entire experience.

Very nice and cosy hotel, friendly staff, looks like on photos, best place to stay on Ilhabela for sure.

We didnt expect stormy weather. It really made conditions unpleasant as the hotel area linkages are outside and unprotected. This meant that it wasn't possible to swim, use the pool or even get to the restaurant without getting wet. There also was poor internet and tv was limited to portuguese channels but great if you like football. All up our stay was limited by the weather which exposed site limitations. If it had bern hood weather it looks like it would have berm been wonderful!!

Hotel staff was not attentive, with exception of breakfast staff. Repairs made in room below us. Room not as advertised, correct room was offered but had strong paint smell. Restaurant slow with service at dinner time, we where the only guest!

Amazing hotels with endless views, comfortable and quiet you really never need to leave the property. Hotel staff were great and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously and plan to return

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. Everything was perfect and our room was very comfortable and had a beautiful view onto the water. Food was delicious too and staff very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to be back next time, hopefully for longer.

This hotel is a lovely boutique hotel with a great view ,everything was great including the caprihanas . Breakfast was very nice and traditional Brazilian . Lunch and dinner we found better at local restaurants
