Every Route Inn I’ve stayed in was great. This was no different. Super helpful and good service. Restaurant was really good as well!

Was a OK stay but small room with a very hard bed . Breakfast was really good

Clean and quiet with descent services. But bathroom is a bit tiny, feel like in a airplane.

The price is reasonable. It is definitely better than some of the hotels in Tokyo. Breakfast buffet menu options is better than the one I experience in one of the hotels in Tokyo.

Room was spacey and properly working shower, including toilet. Toilet paper was ultra thin which was inconvenient to use. Overall price was reasonable, and the room was bigger than most business hotel. Free breakfast menu was great. There are three washing machines, including dryers in the main lobby area in addition to two others of each in men’s public bath locker. (dryer was really weak and takes extra time) Downside was you only have one key for two people and every time when you go out, you must give the key to the hotel clerk at front counter. There is no convenient store not real close by but 5 to 10 minutes distance from the hotel. Bus stop is very close by, but it was very hard to figure out which bus to take.

Based on the price, everything is ok. Thelocation is a bit farfrom thestation. Fifteen minutes walk, hard to walk with a heavy bag.

近所の居酒屋に行きましたが辛かった。

部屋も綺麗で思っていたより広かったです。 朝ごはんも種類豊富で美味しかったです。

寂れた新居浜の寂れたホテル ただ寝るだけ

大浴場、朝食が期待以上で嬉しかったです♪

ルートインは基本的に大浴場がありますから、ありがたいです。 ホテル選びの大事なポイントです、後は食事処が近く、コンビニが近いなど。

清潔感があり、スタッフの対応と朝食サービスの内容は満足レベルでした。無料駐車場は若干狭めでしたが、特に問題はなく利便性は良かったです。 追伸 デジタル領収書を再送信していただけないでしょうか？

お風呂🛀が良かった

花火大会の日に宿泊したのですが近辺の飲食店に寄ったのですがご飯類が売り切れでないと言われ困ったがホテル内の飲食店が閉店ギリギリ前にも関わらず対応していただき大変助かりました

近くにスーパー、飲食店もあり宿泊にはベストです。
