Very nice and spacious. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, large living/dining area. Close to lots of restaurants and a park—great location.

No air in the summer so quite hot Couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone after arriving at the address and pushing the buzzer a woman speaking only Spanish said no reservation Turns out the check in is 2 doors away

Nice location within walking distance of most of the sites you’ll want to see. Kitchen was nice to have. Nice hot water in the shower. Walls are thin. You will hear every word from your neighbors.

Nobody at office on arrival..nobody answered either phone number..we were tired and had to wait 2 hours..there were keysafes but no message to collect our key from safe..very poor checkin

Wow, what a lovely apartment and great for staying in, if your travelling through or staying for a few days. Hassel free check in and the lady walked me round to the apartment and showed me everything I need to know. The kids loved the super quick WIFI and handy to park the car 30 yards from the door.

Internet didn't work good. Hot water took a long time and it was hard to control. I will not return. Not worth the money

I was cheap and got a room without a bathroom. Since I ended up next door to one, that wasn't a problem except when my next door neighbors got up much earlier than I did! It was very easy to hear the doors, water running, etc. Other than that, it was fine. They had a garage and accommodated my rental car although I hadn't mentioned it when I made the booking.

Good, what I expected. Nice hotel, close to U. Navarra campus and clinic, nice neighborhood and safe place.

I had issues with the key and getting in, not something you expect to find out in the middle of the night. luckily one "neighboor" came by and helped out- we had lots of space since there was no other guests. Staff started out being quite friendly, but in the end i left the place feeling guilty for having stayed there.

N ayant pas recu le code d entree apres plusieurs appels, nous avons ete dans l obligation, en derniere minute de trouver un autre etablissement. Tres decu, nous ne passerons plus par hotel.com et nous ne ferons surtout pas de pub. Ce matin sommes passes a l agence alojamlentos olga, tres mal recu, aucun effort du personnel. N ayant pas eu les codes et vous le savez, nous demandons ke remboursement.

Tuve necesidad de hospedarme una noche más en Pamplona, no lo tenía planificado. Este fue el único lugar disponible cerca del aeropuerto de Pamplona. Llegué casi a media noche y no había recepción, la dirección que dan no era la dirección de la habitación. Solo llamando logré que me atendieran y la logística para llegar al lugar es compleja y engorroza. No me gustó. Después de media hora logré llegar a la habitación y está era muy cómoda y limpia pero el proceso para llegar ahí fue demasiado considerando que estaba cansada y frustrada.

Bien en general. Lo único a mejorar es la televisión. Muy pequeña y no se veía bien. Faltaban canales básicos como Televisión Española y los que había se veían mal
