Great hotel, excellent service. I stayed at the hotel on 20-21 November 2019, already under new management of Ramada. The staff were good and efficient, and the front office manager was very helpful and very professional. Will surely stay at the hotel next time. Another plus point is that the hotel provides free shuttle bus service to pudong airport.

The hotel has friendly staff. The restaurant is opened up to 00:00 with large selection of buffet menu which is great when you transit at night. Free shuttle is very easy, on time and efficient. Room is clean and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly come back again.

The location is close to the airport, however lacking in nearby vicinity. It was listed as a 4 star hotel, but at best this is a 2.5 star quality hotel for me as there are no English speaking hospitable staff that are able to sincerely help you. Was suited more for local guests and only for an overnighter nearby the airport.

Too far from city centre. In addition I booked for 5 nights but the hotel claim the booking was only for 2 nights. Despite manage to rectify, it's gives me a problem.

Room is small but clean, there is a shuttle bus to the airport and it is close.

Very near with airport. But, it was funny that we booked room for 2 guest and we only got free breakfast for 1 guest.

Value for money and very near to Airport Pudong. Can make it much better with the increasing of breakfast variety. Cheers!
