Khách sạn quá tệ. Cũ, bẩn không xứng đáng 4*. Mình đặt hạng phòng có trà chiều thì 2h staff đã báo hết (dịch vụ tệ). Rất thất vọng vì trải nghiệm lần này và cảm giác bị lừa từ những hình ảnh trên app.

Service staff is very good but the room and buffer are too poor, the room price is high. Stayed 2 days but really not satisfied.

Surprisingly a delightful stay. Normally I'm quite doubtful of hotels that isn't a building by itself but this exceeded my expectations. It was a welcoming feeling in the hotel lobby greeted by the hotel staffs. Check-in was smooth. The room that I booked had a good view of the river and it was a pleasant decoration. Complete with all the basic amenities as well as a mini fridge. Location was great, it 's nearby a convenient store and restaurants.

The hotel has a good location, friendly service However, breakfast is not rich, very few dishes Especially, guests traveling by car will be charged 200k for parking in the parking lot outside the hotel

The location is good. Love the roof top swimming pool and the little bar. Room is a bit small, but they have bathtub!

The room is comfortable with good air conditioning. Need to wait a long time for hot water in the shower, sometimes not hot at all. Average breakfast. Quiet location and close to the center (Ben Thanh).

Cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast was pretty good but the staff was super nice.

The male staff on duty late at night has an unwelcoming attitude when receiving Vietnamese guests. It's like a business hotel that only wants to serve foreign guests and doesn't care about Vietnamese guests

The time of check-in, check-out and bus transfer is not reasonable, customers are updated, almost cut off at 3 pm and 2 am. If you take a break for two days, you can hardly feel anything.

Chẳng may kế bên đang thi công kể cả cuối tuần rất ồn. Hotel cũng có đổi phòng khác cũng đỡ ồn hơn. Vòi tắm nước nóng lạnh thì lúc đầu mát rồi vặn sang nóng thì nóng nhưng vặn lại mát thì vẫn nóng. Lễ tân không giỏi tiếng anh cho lắm. Ăn sáng có phở/cơm chiên/mì xào chứ không phải buffet. Có cái view buổi tối nhìn cũng ok.

Pros:- Nice service and supportive staff.- excellent location and windows view of Saigon River which can easily enjoy fireworks.- Nice bathtub with a jacuzzi within the bathroom.- Wonderful bed with really soft pillows (4 of them), mattress.- Cool central air-cons so there will be no dripping and noise at night. Cons:- Too bad room maintenance: broken main controller, run-down room furniture, no coffee machine, old towels, no iron, broken shelf, dirty glass windows.- Inconvenient basement that needs to ask the receptionist to unlock the door to access to the motorbike.- Basic breakfast but you can request anything on the menu.- No gym room.- Dirty rooftop pool, bar (that did not open at all during the holiday) and spa. Basically, you can choose this hotel if you really want to enjoy the view and stay in the middle of the city and can forgive all the run-down facilities.

The room does not have bath water even though it is a hotel in the center of Ho Chi Minh City. Receptionist is not welcoming, talking on the internal phone calls guests "sweetheart". Bad service. If yes, I will give 0 stars.

All is ok. There is only 1 small detail that I think needs to be improved, that is, it is ok to replace a different type of toothbrush for users who do not have toothache.

Nhân viên không thân thiện, ở 2 ngày phục vụ không dọn phòng, phòng cách âm kém nên nghe được âm thanh các phòng xung quanh ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ.

The hotel is good and quite decent. But the receptionist at the front when we checked in at 15:20 on 12 Mar was horrible. He couldn't even smile and grumbled when we asked questions about hotel facility.

The room is clean, comfortable, should add a toothbrush.

Attract by the pool pictures, but due to renovation did not get to use it. Hotel website also did not state. Disappointed.
