Hidden Gem! I almost hesitated to write this review because I’d selfishly love to keep this place a secret, but the team deserves every bit of praise. This hotel was the absolute highlight of our spring break. The Staff From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff is incredibly attentive, warm, and professional—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel like a guest in a private home rather than just another traveler. Whether it was a seamless check-in or perfect local recommendations, they made our stay effortless. The Location The location is absolutely unbeatable. Being able to step out the front door and be within walking distance of Rome’s most iconic historic sites made our daily explorations so easy. We were right in the heart of the action, yet the hotel itself felt like a peaceful sanctuary away from the bustle. Overall Experience It is rare to find a place that strikes such a perfect balance between luxury and genuine hospitality. If you are looking for a "gem" in Rome, this is it. We’re already planning our return!

Location is really very good for visiting all historical hot spots by foot 👌 We have booked months ahead of our arrival and therefore the price justified quality and the room size.

A small and interesting hotel in an ally. Room and bed are very clean. Staff are friendly. The location is great. Walking distance to all places we visited. 5 minutes to Patheon.

Quiet spot in the middle of a busy but great location close to restaurants bars and attractions. Good value breakfast for €10.

Great location and central to all the sites. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Other than the noise from the alley (this is normal with most hotels in Rome) this was an amazing place to stay. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Room was very clean, staff were very nice and helpful. Great location for exploring. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was the noise from the street.

Our room was beautifully taken care of. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Very interesting architecture and just two blocks from the Pantheon. Very attentive staff.

The hotel is at the center of everything, the Patheon is just one block away.

I was hesitant to write review because looks like most guests had a pleasant stay but, unfortunately, that was not the case for me and my mum. On a positive side, the location is great, convenient to all main attractions. Most of the staff was pleasant apart from one, the room was clean and the ladies at breakfast were lovely. However my expectations were higher given the price of the hotel. The room we were allocated was just next to the entrance desk. First night - the amount of noise that came through the window and door was unbearable. We could hear every step, the staff were on the phone, watching videos, we could literally hear everything as if the room door was open. The noise from the restaurants outside, loud motorbike exhausts. 3am I walked out and asked get a different room and offered to pay for an upgrade. I was then told that the only available was the one next door to ours.Couple of hours of sleep and again woken up by the waste management trucks outside, this remain the same throughout the 4 night stay. I got really anxious and decided to look for another hotel, as it was August this was difficult without spending money I couldn’t afford, but, to my surprise this hotel had a superior room available for the remaining 3 nights at a lower rate than what I paid. I immediately asked and was told that they couldn’t do anything. I asked for a refund so I could book elsewhere and that was also denied. Unfortunately theres more to say but no characters left.

The room was lovely. Beautifully clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was absolutely amazing, we loved the charm, quietness and the beautiful surroundings.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice! Hotel is located near shopping and restaurants.

Room was excellent; comfy bed, toiletries, mini bar, great location. It was close to many restaurants and iconic places. The only thing that my daughter and I didn’t like was the breakfast. On the description it says top rated breakfast but is not. We got an omelette with nothing in it, it was only egg that felt like plastic and got beans???? We got plain yogurt unsweetened. No fruit, lots of different breads, capuchino. My daughter and I were so surprised because we never had that type of breakfast.

Perfect location, close to all the main tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early which was great. Room was clean and a good size.

We chose this hotel based on a recommendation from friends who have visited Rome several times. We were not disappointed... location and service were amazing. We did have one issue with not having hot water the first couple of days but they got it worked out and it was fine the rest of the stay.
