The hotel is quiet and the courtyard is lovely

It’s a hidden gem compared to the surrounding area.

The staff are excellent especially Barbara English speaking and very knowledgeable we had a lovely big room with a very big balcony I have stayed here at least 5 times now it’s very close to my family that live in the next village away I always stay here the location is excellent for naples and the amalfi coast I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m visiting my family great hotel great people and very good prices

There was an issue with the beds, as the queen bed was two single beds, the mattresses were not comfortable, their breakfast had a hidden menu that not all guests had access to ?

We only stayed 1 night as a transition to other place. It was fine for that purpose (get there, eat dinner, leave). In our very limited time, it did not look like a place to stay unless you have your own car.

We sat around for 2 hours before they finally told us they'd have to transfer us to their "other" property due to "problems." While the other location was exceptionally clean, the staff was unfriendly, the property was industrial and unwelcoming. Thankfully we were only there one night before an early flight.

I don't remember the name of the girl on the reception, just noticed that she speaks several languages. She made a first good impression about the place. It's clean and nice. Also you can park your car inside the premises. There is a restaurant near by, so it might be noisy during the night. Overall I'd say it's the best hotel I've seen in southern Italy during my 1 week trip.

Probably the best hotel in the neighborhood. Nice villa type hotel with spacious rooms. Saw two weddings in our two-night stay there.

It look very old world Italy. However, It felt like I was living as a broke college student. Everything was broken and old

Fabulous food and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. Short walk to the nearest train station. Room slightly noisy from outside noise at night- couldn’t work out what it was.

nice hotel and staff. Beautiful gardens. Bar. Restaurant ok if you like seafood, other restaurants within walking distance if you want to eat something else. Quiet area. Good, clean hotel, would use again.

This property is a jewel! It a well maintained property, excellent staff and the owner was there to greet there when we arrived and when we left. Excellent!

We are very happy that we chose to stay here! It is a modern looking hotel which boasts a breathtaking view of Mount Vesuvius! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, assisting us with our queries regarding restaurants, public transport, postcards and local tourist attractions. The staff continuously went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and make our experience as pleasurable as possible. On top of this, the food was excellent. The breakfast typically consisted of various pastries, yogurts, hams and cheese (my favourite was the strudels). We also ate at the restaurant and were suitably impressed with the delicious and well-prepared courses. Although we were apprehensive about the noises we read about in some of the reviews on this website before we came, we slept soundly and did not find this a problem at all. Would happily stay here again if we ever had the chance.
