Friendly staff , clean, and i like the fact the restaurant is right downstairs. The only down side is the elevator is too small and is allways saturated. I constantly rather use the stairs wich end up beeb faster. But i like the place and the location

El hotel se veía mejor en las fotos. Está muy deteriorado. El aire acondicionado no se podía regular. El elevador no llegaba a mi piso así que había que usar el de servicios. El teléfono no se escuchaba bien, el escusado estaba tapado y la alfombra vieja y manchada olía a humedad

Evrythig was perfect

Nice hotel and rooms but only one elevator. I have yet to be able to use it and am constantly walking up and down several flight of stairs because of the long wait for the elevator. The “service elevator” we are directed to use is also out of order…

Location a staff was good but the AC in the Room wasn’t cool enough on my point of view. Other than that all good? 9 out of 10

Convenient if you have business around the zone... If you want to use it only for sleeping, it works

Exelent property

I felt very safe and comfortable and area outside the hotel was very secured and felt comfortable walking around and everything was in close proximity. I didn't like that the main elevator was always out of service and had to use the service elevator.

Terribal customer service, after having reservation 2 weeks ahead of time, and confirming 2 times my reservations asking both time if pool was open (which was our reason for making the trip) No one told me it was not open, EVEN after I ASKED at arrival and checking in. THe receptionist told me pool was on level 2 and still did not tell me it was closed. after arriving on level 2 being in swim suit the JANITOR was the one that told me the pool was closed, I immediately went to reception asked for a manager and she told me how could she help me i told her pool was closed and no one told me and she said yea pool is closed. I said ok i would lie to cancel my stay she said ok and never offered an apology or try to resolve the issue in another way. She did not say a word no one did.

Well located but the hotel is old and needs upkeeping

“The hotel is very well located — I went to a festival. The breakfast was very good, but the rooms do need some upgrades. They were only partially clean, like they need a deep cleaning, and the internet never worked.”

Lobby always occupied by persons not registered in the hotel. The elevator was not working, and you have to use the stairs with your luggage. The staff was not friendly. I will not be coming back.
