Amazing service. The spa is incredible - the staff is very professional and excellent massages! The breakfast is 10/10 - fresh juice bar, a spread of fresh food, relaxing environment and very considerate staff. The property is extremely zen and a great place to relax. Beautiful place to stay. Can spend a whole day looking at statues and displays. Traditional and elegantly located. Facilities and breakfast is added value.

My parents and I spent time at this resort during our visit to Odisha. We loved everything about this property - all the way from their check-in till the time left on Sunday evening. The staff are always smiling and willing to help. They go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The travel desk was extremely helpful too with accommodating our travel plans. All the restaurants offered amazing variety of food. Not having tasted Odiya food before, we loved every dish we tried. The restaurant staff offered suggestions based on our dietary needs. I highly recommend Kanika if you want to enjoy local flavors. We will come back here anytime.

Being charged for an extra bed that I did not ask for and the hotel did not provide. It's a billing fraud.

Staff not at all helpful. Faced issues with room they said they will shift room but no one sjowed after 30 mins 😠 AC was not working in room Power points were not working.
