The service at the front desk was excellent — friendly and very professional. The place was beautiful, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious, we absolutely loved it. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Right in the heart of downtown Old San Juan. Beautiful streets, easy to walk around. Streets are super narrow & parking is terrible, all parking garages around were full so we parked at near by small airport & taxied back to the hotel. The hotel did let us put our stuff in a back room until check in. This hotel was beautiful & very unique. We enjoyed the rooftop & splash pool.

Small, unique hotel in a fantastic location! It’s within walking distance to all of Old San Juan, which made exploring so easy and enjoyable. Such a great find. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was wonderful and the location was great for seeing the city... The hotel and room were clean and well kept. We were on the 3rd floor and the hot water took a couple of minutes to get there but it did arrive... The rooftop was great... Very relaxing... It's a nice place to stay.

This hotel is located in old San Juan very accessible there are elevators so disregard the other reviews. I stood here since I was going on a cruise. It is very close to the cruise port. I would say about eight minutes in an Uber. It is a very narrow tight street. There is a few restaurants located around here. I don’t have any complaints since I only stood one night. You don’t necessarily have to eat here. I must say there are many restaurants located around the area that is walkable that you should try.

Very dated needs some renovation IMO

Very cute, well located guest house in Old San Juan. Beautiful old building with small pool on rooftop. Room was large and very comfortable. The only problem was ironically, it was too cold. The AC was blasting and you cannot control the temp- you have to call the front desk which is awkward in the middle of the night.

Great stay

Beautiful Spanish colonial esthetic. Clean rooms. Roof top at night was tranquil and relaxing. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Decent prices for food. Not overpriced compared to other places. Adorable cute fat cat to greet us that loves pets.

Pool was out of service

This hotel is NOT what they say they are. The place was dirty and several things occurred that were really disappointing- for ex- the air conditioner was controlled by the front desk(so if you wanted to turn it up or down,you call the front desk). They did not offer coffee in the room. You could BUY it at the front desk. For the price they are asking per night- did not live up to the description. There were other things too.

The best thing they have is their staff but it was a terrible experience no parking no soap no shampoo or toothpaste

Very good hotel in Old San Juan. We were frustrated that we couldn’t regulate the temperature in our room. This could only be done by the front desk.
