The staff was amazing giving helpful hints on where to go, the room was large for our family of 5 and very comfortable. A "peek-a-boo lake view was a nice treat. A great location. Parking was on the street, we got lucky just around the corner. Delicious huge Breakast.

Good location but this is definitely not a 4-Star hotel. AC didn’t work, bed was horrendous, pillows paper thin, breakfast week. It is what it is, but severely misrepresented.

Not enough toilet paper was given. They have small rolls. There is not a lot of options for restaurants. I would say to stay at a hotel that is closer to the main center. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the hose of the water spray attachment and hair on the floor. Very small room and bathroom.

Hotel is in a good location in Colico, not far from the train station and just a short walk to the harbour area with most of the restaurants. Also a great selection of food at breakfast

Very sweet little room. It was tiny for three people plus suitcases, but we made it work. The woman at the front desk was wonderful! Breakfast was very good, and it was very easy to get to the hotel from the train station by foot. We could also easily get to the water ferry dock by foot. Just a warning for those coming in winter, most places are closed and the ferry only runs a few times a day. We did not get to see much of Lake Como because we had to wait four hours for the ferry. I wish we had planned more time to visit, it was so beautiful!

Staff were courteous, the place was very close to the lake, the bedroom and the bathroom were quite comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I would certainly like to come back to this hotel.

The location was great. Just a short walk to lakeside.

Centrally located hotel. Free on street parking nearby. Colico is a small town in the north of Lake Como. Very pretty. Hotel in a 3 minute walk from the lake shore. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly. The complimentary water in the mini fridge was appreciated. Varied selection at breakfast. If I returned to Colico again I would not hesitate to stay again. Did not eat at hotel restaurant.

Good base to explore but set back a couple of streets from the lake from whence it takes its name. No lake views as a result. Breakfast was limited for us, but we are vegan. Staff able to provide soya milk. Overall. we had a fantastic time.

The property is so well kept and comfortable to stay. We stayed at the family suite which was plenty of space for us (family of 4). We loved our stay and would like to go back.

We found a leaky roof dripping water on the bed but this was very quickly fixed by moving us to another room. I am sure that will not be an ongoing problem. The hotel is excellent - clean and comfortable - better than the pictures suggest. Easy walk to both the ferry terminal and train station.
