It is OK for one night and quiet

This would have been a 5 star for me if the air condition is not so loud as it wakes us up everytime it automatically goes on.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting Ottawa. Great motel for the price. Staff are fully bilingual and quite friendly. Room was simple but very clean. Nice large flat screen TV, mini fridge and microwave in the room. Daily housekeeping was excellent. Will definitely be staying here on my next visit to the capital.

I enjoyed the stay at this motel. The staff especially the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. Hallway rugs could use cleaning.

The room was clean, the bathroom as well, the bed was OK, we had some trouble with the pillows but we stayed one night so for us everything was great. A little small but the price was fair so that's fine. Friendly staff.

Great place to stay 👌 Staff very friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Close to Ottawa city center and Les Promenades shopping center. Great eateries all around. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and very clean motel in Gatineau and Ottawa area. One of the last gems in hotel business Very reasonable price for a short trip for us to come back to visit our school U of Ottawa that we attended 1994

I would prefer that they had a Keurig coffee maker. I had brought a bunch of k-cups as I drink a lot of coffee but they only had 2 servings for 2 people.

The high rating of this motel is justified. This is a true gem! They just need to have peephole on the doors. Also, my bath tube seemed a bit clogged.

Close and conveniant

The room was 15 degrees when we arrived and the strong deodorizer (perfumey) smell was nauseating.

good motel

It was very clean, my only issue was the parking lot and the fact that some guest had no problem smoking there drugs right outside our door and nothing done about it. My husband had to tell them to get we had children with us

I liked the location and it is a good motel for someone looking for just a place to sleep. It is the first motel in a very long time where I had to open the door with a key instead of an access card. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is very tight and you have to close the door once inside to move around. The area was quiet while I was there. It would be nice if the motel could install an additional locking latch/chain on the door from the inside, as currently there is only the push button lock on the handle.

Nous avons fait la réservation au mois de juin pour la fin septembre. Nous avions demandé 2 lits...et bien nous avons eu initialement 1 lit. On nous a dit qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre avec 2 lits. Après avoir insisté, finalement, la personne a fait venir la proprio qui nous a trouvé une chambre avec 2 lits. Cafetière ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons essayé à 2 reprise et l'eau allait où il y a le café au lieu de tomber dans le contenant. Ça sentait la cigarette dans la chambre (nous sommes non fumeur). Sur l'un des couvre lit, il y avait une tâche mouillée...ce n'est pas drôle. Annonce d'une piscine...nous ne pouvions pas l'utiliser.
