Renovated building was all new and beautiful both public space and inside the rooms. And free-luggage deposit service after checking out was perfect to us to tour around the city after that.

Pros: Great location because it is safe/secure, and adjacent to Lotte City Mall where you can dine and shop. Subway station is also a great plus! Sky Park next door is also a nice place for a morning or evening stroll. The hotel is eco-friendly, clean, and in good condition. They took note of our request for late check in which was good. Cons: Unfortunately, staying here didn't give us much bang for our buck. TV channels are 80% local with no English subtitles. Iron and ironing board are not in the room; one would have to go to the 2nd floor and queue up. Coffee and toiletries are not replenished daily. Our stay is for 11 nights, but coffee was only replenished 3x. Room attendants just give 2-3 sachets of coffee and green tea. No chopsticks, stirrer, and sugar are provided. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were replenished 4x; Lotion, not ever! Breakfast spread is very, very limited. F&B attendants clear the table even when you're not yet done with your food. Staff are kind but speak little English. When we arrived, I asked for a room with a view but I was told that I had to pay 263USD extra per night. I discussed this with the front desk, then she called me at the room twice to confirm that I just had to pay the additional fee per night so they could have me transferred to a room with a better view. I just forgot about it as it was too much of a hassle to transfer rooms with all our luggage in tow; no bellhop in this hotel. For what it's worth, I've had better hotel experiences.

We had a pleasant stay, considering our check in. They were most attentive to our requests, confirming it 24h in advance. Plus, they accept USD, which I find convenient. Too bad though, our room didn't have a view. This was my bad though because I got confused during booking; a view also costs US$263/night, so we decided against it. Breakfast Tip for travelers: If you need breakfast ready upon waking up, you may include breakfast in your reservation. However, if you're the type who needs variety and who can up & go in the morning, you're good without.
