It's a quiet place and this is my second time staying there. Staff is friendly. The place is so clean. Like staying there.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities!

The toilet was loose from the floor and rocked. The chair in the room would not stay at the adjusted height. Tile in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The bath tub shower floor was slippery and needs a nonslip surface. The breakfast and the hotel staff were excellent.

It’s an older property The first room the tv didn’t work, they moved us and the toilet leaked in the second room. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and the service was great.

Not great. Staff was kinda helpful. Room next to us was incredibly loud. I complained after 10pm. They didn’t really care.

Staffing struggled. One amazing woman, Mariah was all by herself that morning getting breakfast served and running the desk. She was friendly, kind and helpful. The water dispenser was broken but she found bottled water for our breakfast. She is the reason for my good rating.

Checkin process was super easy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a clean room, needs some touchups but good. Breakfast is good and convent.

It's a quiet area, very clean. I will highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

Checked in and room we reserved was not available and was upgraded to suite. But then got in suite and bathroom was not clean as floor was very dirty and sticky, counter was dirty and toilet seat was not stable . Moved and looked to be missing a screw to hold in place. Then in refrigerator was not cleaned and had a very bad smell coming from . Opened a realized something has spilled and had not been cleaned. Staff was nice and helpful but needs a little help with other conditions . Has pool but when we checked out could not see through water so cloudy . Was a definite no go for us.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we have is they need mats in the tub/shower. They are very slippery.

Everything was good. Service was very friendly and cooperative. The kierig in our room made a mess. It didn’t puncture a hole in the bottom of the cup.

Dirty, run down property They serve kool-aide in the lobby. AC was cold, so that was nice.

Very nice front desk staff esp guy at night!

Area that the hotel is located was nice and convenient. However, service from the staff could have been better. When we got back to our room from being gone most of the day, it had not been serviced by housekeeping. So, I had to call the desk for assistance. The side entrance door access pad wasn’t working, which was an inconvenience for my Mom who has some physical challenges. Also, the universal remotes used for the TV do not work properly.

Nice, clean, & comfortable. Just didnt appreciate housekeeper opening door, withput knocking, an hour before check out while i was still in bed & undressed. I was told that they were having over 50 checkouts that day. That is not my problem or concern or a reason to invade privacy.

Easy check in and nice desk folks. Hotel is nice enough, just getting a little run down and somewhat dirty.
