Our room was faultless - clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Supermarket right in front, beach just over the pavement. No clubs or very loud bars close by - these were located by the Deya apartments which is a 15min walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Both receptionists we met were kind and very helpful. We'd love to go back !

Fine. On a par with what you’d expect for the price. Clean, tidy and spacious, no issues at all.

Great location with easy walking distance to restaurants, beach and everywhere, friendly staff and well equipped apartment with lovely views.

Was clean however sofa bed was broken and bowed, took mattress off bed to see it was held together with zip ties. Approached about the matter and lied saying they offered to change our room. Good placement of hotel and lady on arrival at reception was polite.

We were placed on the fifth floor with a beautiful sea view. Hope to return sometime soon.

The apartment was cleanish when we arrived, floors, bathroom and bedding were clean but there were smears on walls and windows that were pretty unpleasant. Furniture was just about sufficient but tired, one out of four mattresses had springs poking through and drawers were broken etc. The communal areas were pretty grotty, a lot of litter and not tidied while we were there. This is not really a family apart-hotel, most of the other residents were drunk teenagers.

Beach across the road, supermarket downstairs, the place was so convenient. Lovely sea view from apartment where I saw sunsets and sun rises. Eating from balcony was cool too.

Did not properly communicate checkout time. Came to room and rung doorbell to wake me up and tell us to leave. Lady at the front desk was very disrespectful about it and blatantly rude. Would not stay again

Fantastic hotel, close to everything but far enough away not to be woken by drunken revellers. Apartment was spotless. Basically furnished but everything you need. Comfortable beds with sparkling crisp white sheets. Only stayed for 4 days and had 3 towel changes 😀. The pool area - sadly the beds aren’t comfortable and the floor is grubby and sticky. Think the pool security guy could def be doing more than sitting down all day. He could be cleaning up rather than ignoring dirt.

Apartment was comfortable, nice balcony with great view of the sea. 2 hob, micriwave, fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Pull out doyble soda bed and 2 singles

So close to beach on quieter side of the resort, staff are all friendly and helpful. Basic furnished apartments clean and tidy. We come back every year as apartments are spacious with great location]

The property did nót have a gym. Also, the aparement did not have some kitchen basics such as good knife, dish cleaning and such

I would like to get a full refund as this apartment was dirty and we had an ant Festinating in our apartment all over our bedroom and our clothes and personal stuff when I tried to speak to reception they thought it was funny and wasn’t very nice I was really not happy with the service and asked to be moved to a different room I was told I would have to agree to not give there apartment a bad review or put the video I took of the ants up on social media and if i fiscally write down I expect and agree I could stay my last night but if I didn’t agree to do this that I would have to find somewhere else to go they were kicking us out. They blackmailed us and due to it being late in the night and me and my friend being 20 years old two young girls on our first holiday without our parents we were scared and signed afraid that we would be sleeping on the sheet for that night if we didn’t sign I am absolutely very upset with the way they handled the situation that fact that we had paid the full amount to stay there before we even arrived and they were going to kick us out on the last night because there was ant in the room I had to bin a lot of my clothes due to it to

This was accommodation booked at short notice for a single nights stay. The room was functional but bare. It was situated right on the on the main road 1 minute walk from the beach and many restaurants and bars.

It’s a great location and for the price it’s good value. Probably needs a bit of a refit but for the money it’s ok.

Hotel needs abit of update as looks tired pool area was fine tho and served a purpose Staff helpful
