Perfect staff and the room was allways clean

The room itself was fine, however the door lock was faulty on several mornings. After leaving the room and checking the door, the door wouldn’t lock properly and could be opened from the outside. We had to call a technician multiple times throughout our stay and wait in the room, as we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our belongings unattended. This was inconvenient and concerning.

Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel.

Room well located, well furnished and clean, staff were very friendly and professional

It was great loved it - all staff were amazing! Only thing I would change is the fact there is no privacy between guests on the balcony which can make it Abit arkward when all outside but other than that it was great!

If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel, this is for you. You get what you put for essentially. Hotel is clean but dated. Food is okay. Staff are friendly.

Cleaning crew excellent

Exceptional value for money. Fantastic staff, great variety of food and drinks, good amenities and fab location. Was it perfect? No but at the price you’re paying it’s as close as it can be

Rooms daily well cleaned. Pool great for kids and pretty large. Lots of sunbeds to get tanned.

We have stayed here before and the staff, service and facilities were as good as ever. Great stay!

Professional and well mannered staffing in all departments

I was disappointed with the air conditioning. It was insufficient cooling for the persistent heat and humidity. It was hard to get to sleep and I woke every day in soaking sweaty sheets. It was the only let down in an otherwise amazing holiday.

I stayed here for just one night and couldn’t wait to leave. The so-called air conditioning is a joke - it only blew hot air, and I didn’t get any sleep until 5:30 a.m. It should not be advertised as air conditioning at all. The rest of the hotel is no better, with none of the common areas properly cooled. The bathroom was dirty, with hairs and fingerprints left in the shower and on the surfaces. Everything is old & worn out. The pool area is overcrowded and chaotic, with no available seating. Sunbeds are “reserved” with towels for hours while no one uses them, making it impossible to relax. Definitely not worth the money.

Big size hotel with plenty of activity and space. Nothing too much trouble and plenty of staff to cater for all needs.

Very nice hotel

If I am booking superior room which is renovated on the pics... I would like to receive it. As per room service my room was superior because I had fridge, kettle and mineral water.
