The property was beautiful and all of the reception staff was amazing. They were the best part!! I really wanted to love this place because it was so beautiful, but too much went wrong. Beware of booking an economy room as that was the excuse for anything wrong. Our first room, 105, had issues. The bathroom was not cleaned as there was a bunch of hair in the sink as well as very moldy caulk and wrappers/debris in the shower. Housekeeping came to clean it up but afterwards the cleaner continually gave us nasty looks every time she saw us. She even walked into our room at 8:30 in the morning without knocking and we had the do not disturb on. On the balcony, the kitchen vent was there and it was loud with an overwhelming food orders. We were moved the next day. Second room was much better on the balcony, but the shower spit water all over the bathroom. The safe would not open and after a day out WITH DO NOT disturb on, there was an opened bag of M&Ms on the shelf. We decided we didn't want to move again so we made good with what we had. The restaurant messed up my dinner one night (avocado salad with chicken.. But no chicken but I just settled, however the salad was salted heavily.. No way to eat that) and the kitchen was closed so I was stuck dipping into my husband's plate and then we had to Uber to the market so I would not be hungry all night. No apology at all. The waiter said.. chicken is extra. Ok, so what I ordered it and it was an add on option.

Good property. Only downside is it does not include breakfast even though there is restaurant on the property apparently owned by same owners. Location is fantastic and convenient.

Nice clean room. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The property is an easy enough walk into town. The evening restaurant staff were good, however we found the morning staff not so great. Check your bills- we were charged a 20 percent gratuity by wait staff.

The staff and grounds were the best things for me. I give the staff a 10 on a 5-point scale. And the grounds are lovely, with a large stream surrounded by lush bushes, flowers, and trees maybe 100 ft away. The rooms are decent size with balconies overlooking the grounds. While the rooms are not perfect, they are comfortable and every day I chilled out more and liked it more as an oasis from stress. There is a good Italian-leaning restaurant at one end of the building and I ate there a number of times.

The river behind the room was priceless. However the amenities were definitely lacking. The staff for the most part are super friendly how ever not very informative on activities in the area. The room was spotless and was cleaned every day. The food was also very good .

Major construction in room next door at 2 in the afternoon. Claimed to be emergency repair to replace Air Conditioner. Absolutely no guess consideration given..2 more trips to Boquete in the next year, will definately avoid this property

Staff always friendly and attentive to your needs. The hotel is in a quiet area, away from the loud bars and restaurants close enough to walk to town.

This is beautiful place to stay. It has fabulous grounds for relaxing in. Also a great restaurant. All of this is topped by the wonderful staff. This is close to down town Boquete and all of its attractions

Lovely place in Boquete. Rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is lovely. The air con is a little noisy. Bathroom is small but clean and the shower is spacious with good water pressure. Maneuvering around the door to access the toilet, however, is an acrobatic adventure. The parking lot is accessible from the road by going down a steep decline. If you master this decline without scraping the underbody of your (rental) car you probably qualify for a driver position at the famous Paris-Dakar rally. Despite all these shortcomings the place was absolutely lovely and I would stay there again.
