Hôtel merveilleux, personnel très sympathique et accueillant. La vue depuis la terrasse est époustouflante où l’on prend un excellent petit-déjeuner. Le hammam et message parfaits ! A recommander !

Great location and lovely room! I highly recommend it!

Hotels.com advertised the rooms as having heating but this was not true. No heating whatsoever so we had to request extra blankets as we were unlucky with a cold time in early March. Windows are not air tight and cold air was seeping in. Lighting in room is very dim at night time but natural daytime lighting is good. There was a lot of dead bugs near the ceiling. Breakfast was very good and included many options. Fruit for breakfast besides juice would be nice improvement. I was pregnant so the stairs were a bit tough for me but I went on them slowly, it is quite a lot of stairs if you have mobility issues. I liked that they provided free bottled water each day. The rooftop is beautiful and watching sunsets there were amazing!!! Hotel might be good for summer stays but do not recommend for winter / spring time visits.

Amazing experience. The spa was so peaceful best massage of my life. Loved the rooftop to hang out. My cousin and I had the best experience with the most friendly staff. Will stay again.

It felt like a family run hotel where everyone had a sense of pride in their role. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again and had a wonderful seven day vacation.

Room uncomfortable very small no ac in room and just have two small windows and it’s not helping at all. No doors in shower just wooden screen wich one hard to move and when I tried to move it’s fell down almost hit my feet

The staff (especially the kitchen staff) were amazing. Never seen such service and politeness anywhere else and i been all around the world. Very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. Rooftop dining with the ocean all around is an experience in itself. The only negatives are only 1 channel on tv.

Wonderful staff and the rooms were large with lovely detailing and comfortable amenities. The breakfast on the rooftop patio was delicious and the restaurant exquisite. The Hammam was a fantastic experience. Overall great experience - would definitely return.

Very close to the beach as well as shopping areas and restaurants. Property is breathtaking and what you would imagine when you think about Moroccan style

Perfect for me as I wanted to relax, enjoy the art, fort & walk the waterfront and beach. I’m fit- so walking the 6 flights of stairs to beautiful rooftop breakfast/bar and chase lounge views was perfect Those with knee/stair issues won’t be so pleased but there is also beautiful bar, restaurant pool table on main floor.

Stunning from the moment you walk in! The center area was open and colorful, the staff accommodating and friendly, breakfast was delicious, great views from the terrace, easy to find and great walkable location to the sites and coast!

The safe did not work, the blowdryer did not work, their was a sulfure smell. It was very loud at night between hearing people and seagulls all night. As well there was no welcome drink as advertised upon arrival. Location however was great and the staff were very pleasant.

Large rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained Riad. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We've stayed in a mini-suite and it was very comfortable. The Riad is in a perfect location close everything. We've especially enjoyed our breakfast every morning on the terrace with the view of the ocean. Highly recommend!

The property location just inside the city walls near the beach and port is perfect- with views from the rooftop terrace. The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly from reception through to the restaurant and terrace. We lived eating breakfast on the rooftop terrace and the cosy atmosphere of the restaurant. Altogether a relaxing stay in relaxed Essaouira.

Very good hotel located in central area.

Très chouette Riad, très propre et chambre spacieuse. Juste un petit bemol, ce serait bien qu'il y ait un petit ascenseur pour les personnes d'un certain âge ou les personnes avec un problème de genoux etc.. Le Riad plait beaucoup aux personnes agés aussi et beaucoup de clients se déplacent avec leurs parents etc.. C'est dommage de ne pas en avoir un puisqu'en général les personnes âgées ont les moyens de venir dans un Riad de ce type. En tout cas moi j'ai été ravi sauf que j'ai dû laisser ma belle mère dans un autre lieu. Said.

Personnel au top très serviable beau décor et service au restaurant par contre les chambres sont insipides murs jaunes plafond blanc aucune touche de charme. Petit déjeuner sur roof top avec vue mer
