Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was satisfactory though should have plenty of choices for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is a little bit far from the center. Swimming pool and wellness available for free until 12pm, after that for a charge.

Great location, extra family friendly (i travelled alone with two small kids 4-5years old), easily accessible from the bus stop, very friendly and accomodating staff. Professional, clean, well thought

Very kind service from ladies at reception desk. Standard breakfast. Not good wifi in our room. Suggestion is also to arrange some kind of regular transportation to downtown.

The stay was adequate. Location is a bit far out. "Mountain view" room does not advertise a strongly lit parking lot in between you and the mountain, which made it impossible to enjoy. Service was good, but very regulated, felt like your standard corporate hotel. Also, the pool is too small for a hotel that size. Would not recommend, there are better places to stay in the area with much nicer views.

The Hotel has free parking space for guests. a lot german guests. 1minute to the ski course and there is a ski school next to the hotel. amazing snow! the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. there is another even better restaurant in 750m walking distance too. supermarket and gas station are within 2minutes by car

We stayed for 2 nights and parking was no issue. A gala Christmas Dinner was served for all guests which was a nice gesture. But take note if you are a light sleeper, you can hear everything on the corridor as well as the conversation of your neighbours. WiFi in room was almost non-existing.

Brand new pool & jacuzzi area and almost no people in which was good :-)

Dinner was very bad. Spa is too small for amount of people in the hotel and pool is not heated.

We arrived to hotel and we got kind man that gave us all things. Important to know- you need to pay of parking near the hotel

PROS: hotel is GREAT if you have kids, they provided us with pull out bed no extra charge, they have a fabulous little kids play room all set up with lovely wooden frames, slide, blackboard, toys etc... lovely little pool,and Jacuzzi that even the kids can use and is a great distraction. Staff helpful and efficient. CONS: they hadn't received our booking so while they tried to sort this out we were kept waiting from 10pm-almost 11.30pm. With our 5 yr old and 1 yr old dying to get to bed... Food was satisfactory but if you're a veggie, like me, there are literally no options (aside bread, lettuce and tomato) in the dinner buffet, breakfast is better. The restaurant does one vege pasta dish. DON'T use the shop to book ski passes etc... After they made an error and me trying to resolve it for over 40 minutes I was told that I had to dive the 2km into the info centre in town to try and sort it out resulting in me losing 750crowns... They didn't want to know and were very unsupportive despite the error being in their part.

One from the best hotel staff which I have met! (I have 4 hotel nigthts per week experience in all Europe). Pleasure wellness! Smaller rooms, but it is not big issue. Fully recommend!

once there was a shuttle from hotel to Spindleryv Mlyn center, which departure every 1/2hr during ski season. this time it was the city shuttle with more than 1.5hr between departures. this can be the quite sensitive issue for next time selection of hotel to stay...

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. All was fine apart from 2 things: first - hotel tried to charge us for parking of our car - 150CZK per night, although hotel website clearly states that parking for guests is free of charge; second - rooms are not soundproof at all, there was a company of people celebrating something on a floor below us and we couldn't sleep till 2 am.

Would definately go again. Only couple minuses are the distance from the centrum, which can also be good if you wish to have more quite surrounding. And they could also have english moviechannels available on TV for the days you don´t want to go skiing. But all together, it was a very nice stay.

This hotel has worked hard to provide a 4 star service and it does deliver, the rooms are great with very good beds, clean modern bathrooms. Breakfast was marvelous with everything you could wish for. As for the town it is beautiful as is the surrounding country side. Well worth a visit is Janske Lazne!! My only wish is that there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room, would have been perfect then!!!

Hotel der einfachen Kategorie, mit guten Frühstücksangebot. Frühstücksbereich auf Grund der Größe sehr laut. Unangemessen sind jedoch die geforderten Parkplatzgebühren die jetzt eingeführt wurden.

Das Zimmer war super. Ein schönes Hotel. Super Lage. Der Ort ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Direkt an den Skipisten.

Der leider zu kurze Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder.
