I really don't like to give poor reviews, but when I saw baby roaches on the receptionist's desk and not even an acknowledgement by the staff, I was startled. The women working the desk were kind enough, but the place is so awful smelling and cheap-- the room had busted up tiles and ground-down rugs by the bed. I seriously didn't want my feet to touch those rugs. The grouting was moldy. The room smelt like vindaloo and old lady's powder. I couldn't stay for the two nights I paid for. I found a place nearby that charged 2,000 rs a night for a simple but clean room with no odor and no bugs and a pleasant staff. For now, at least, look elsewhere. This place needs a serious investment from its owners, but nobody should be paying them to do it (since they haven't--clearly.)

It was a great stay.Staff specially chetan and ajit(food and beverage) were very helpful.

If you want to stay near beach, this is the best in calangate. Mesmerising views.

This hotel was fantastic. Staff was very polite and helpful. Very convenient being right at the beach. Food was amazing too. One note on something to work on was the cleanliness on the 'way to beach' path. It may not be hotel's property but it would have been great if it could be taken care of too with all other cleanliness and emenities that the property has maintained.

I have been at many hotels and have written many reviews to give hardworking people a highfive for a good job and good experience. This will be my first time to advise people, not to place their time our money in this hotel, The Park Goa. Both things you will regret. The worst part was being at a place where they didn't care about you as a customer, didn't listen and had so little respect for your time and your things. In my case i would like to refer to the fact that they thought away my passport at the checkin desk and they insisted on having retuneret it - after finding it in their drawer on our way to the airport. A end to a stay which besides that included: - No optimal clean room at any point. - No change of all dirty bed sheets for 4 days. - No refill of in-room coffee and other supplies. - No personal privacy in the room. Despite the "Do not disturb" sign, the staff interference 5 times in 30 minutes with no proper reason. - No pool was available doing our stay, and no information reported on this before arrival. The hotel and the management was informed about this and didn't improve - or just didnt care.

I give 3.5 ratings.

From the moment we arrived we were looked after incredibly well with staff constantly checking evreything was to our satisfaction. Excellent facilities and delicious food.

Dirty, worst than a motel like quality. We booked it for 5 nights based on FAKE reviews and pictures. We arrived and could not believe that we are in a Hotel. We checked out after one night just because we couldn't find another hotel for the first. STAY AWAY! I ant believe Expedia are selling this hotel.i would have given it 0 stars if I can.

the stay was perfect, a perfect location. best place to unwind. a perfect place for beach lovers. the only negative is that they need to have a valet 24/7 which is lacking and if its late then guests have to park the vehicle on their own which was a complete let down for me

Friendly staff. Though service could be prompt. Housekeeping reqsts took long time, so did the orders placed in the rstrnt. . The overall set up was nice. No pick up or drop though we had 4 nights booking.

Furniture is shabby but location view and the facilities are a steal. Free wifi free breakfast. But no signals in the hotel for any network

staff and location were perfect. hotel rooms and food could be so much better went for xmas bufet then xmas day lunch over priced and just not worth it . if your looking for a beach holiday calangute beach is fantastic. would not return to this hotel but there are lots of other hotels to choose on the same beach do your research before you book because this hotel is nothing like 5 star

Rooms are well designed however no good view from the hotel - facing the hotel rooms opposite to it. Staff are okay and are not polished in the way a star hotel staff should behave. Pool is very small.. There is no upfront information on wrt Wi-Fi facility,also there was renovation work going throughout the day which causes inconvenience during day time as scaffolding is next to your window. Food is very expensive and not upto the mark, however there are very good hotels near by which offers good sea food..

I was on my honeymoon trip. They didn't do anything special for us. That was little dissapointing for me. room was good, facilities were good
