Very clean room, staff explained every clearly. Short but great stay. Very close to Gint-Saint-Pierre train station, which was ideal

Room was spacious and very clean. Lots of natural light. Convenient location next to the train station. Safe and quiet area.good food options nearby or a 20-30 minute walk to the central area.

Quiet and comfortable stay with all the amenities including a bottle of water for each guest. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a hotel near the train station to explore Ghent and nearby cities such as Bruges.

Great staff at reception staff, teeny tiny elevator and stairs are even smaller and quite dark. Firm bed, large room with a view of the back neighborhood. Bathroom ok - shower in the tub thin towels, no magnifying mirror. Bottled water ( refillable) available at no charge from reception. Super close to train station!

We had a fabulous stay at the Carlton Hotel. The staff and the owner were friendly, easy going and very helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfasts were a delight. We'd have no hesitation going back to the Carlton if the opportunity arose.

Very conveniently located one block away from the train station. The hotel is small, but good enough if you travel for one night to Ghent.

Breakfast was superb and one of the best selection of food items I’ve seen. I especially liked the eggs cooked as requested and the freshly squeezed apple juice.

Well situated very close to the train station and close to various restaurants. In a side road so also quiet, which was a bonus. Room was very spacious, clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. It is just quite a long walk to the old town for any sightseeing.

They provide complementary excellent quality drinking water. The breakfast was also excellent both in quality and in variety. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Ghent.
