Hotel has much to improve to be considered. Room ac did not work, room door did not lock, its not a central ac unit so its not nice, lack security and hotel presentation is not plesing. If you look for easy overnight stay without confort it is your hotel, but again, there is much to be improved.

Only one restaurant on the neighborhood and not a single one shopping on that area, but in general is ok.

Clean. A bit isolated from restaurants and convenient stores. The hotel restaurant is closed on weekends and it has a limited menu.

The hotel was very confortable and the personnel was so kind.

Great staff. Very clean..Great Buffet options for Diner. Room was small but had a very large comfortable bed. Hotel staff was very accommodating.

This is an older hotel but very clean. It did not have breakfast included. The double bed was two twin beds pushed together, which is common in Brazil. The area was nice, but not much around it. If I need that location, I would stay here again. It did have hot water and air. The room was warm even in cold weather.

Everything worked, but extremely basic. For example, no face cloth provided.

People at the hotel were very nice but he hotel was old, dirty and in a very bad area. At 6 am I could still hear people outside drinking.

Atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades. Boa localização, quarto limpo e agradável, atendimento cordial de todos os funcionários e um cafe da manha de acordo com o padrão do hotel. Gostamos muito de tudo!

atendimento pouco profissional, quarto imundo, com muita poeira, cabelo no chão, etc. Solicitei limpeza na manhã seguinte, e para minha surpresa quando cheguei a noite, o quarto continuava igualmente sujo. Solicitei na recepção, enviaram uma pessoa pra limpar, que não limpou e pra piorar, o quarto ficou com cheiro insuportável de produto de limpeza.

Gostei das acomodações, mas senti falta do serviço de quarto, cheguei não era 20h e já não tinha serviço.

Hotel ótimo. Super limpo, café da manhã perfeito e funcionários atenciosos e educados . Desde o check in , café da manhã e check out são muito prestativos. Bem localizado, próximo a shopping , posto de gasolina. facil acesso para a marginal. Vale a pena
