Lovely clean room & excellent location. Very quiet so good for sleeping. A fridge would have been nice & they were stingy with the coffee . Plus there wasn’t a proper shower however bath was excellent & overlooked St Mary’s church so had a lovely view whilst bathing. Comfy beds & would overall recommend a stay here.

Hotel czysty,personel miły i pomocny,kilka fajnych sklepów i restauracji dookoła. Parkingi na ulicy-jeśli znajdziecie miejsce.

Reception staff were all very helpful and friendly No idea about housekeeping as I never saw them my entire stay had to ask for toilet roll Bit not a problem as thats all I needed Brillant location And Restaurant on site was very nice and friendly

The staff was very nice. However the sink and shower head were practically unusable and there is a bell tower right outside that rings for a minute every hour

Front desk staff at check in was great. Room wasn’t cleaned two days in a row. Breakfast was mediocre for the price charged.

Room was lovely and clean, heating was on which was necessary considering the temperature and dinner in the restaurant below was very nice.

Room very spacious. Lovely hot and high pressure shower. Hotel is very well located in the old town so everything walkable. Right opposite the main church.

States there is a bar and restaurant but bar is not open to residents for a drink unless you eat in the restaurant. Bar manager very rude about it and when we asked for some ice for the room as nowhere to have a drink in the hotel Room service did not replenish coffee or tea or toilet roll.

Right in the city centre so ideally located. Great price for it's location. I booked a single but normally get a double, this is the 1st time of 3 times I've travelled solo that I actually got a very small single room. Furst time no fridge and thr tea/coffee wasnt well stocked but for the price I paid i can't complain. Breakfast selection wasn’t great for me hut I'm a very picky vegetarian so again it's not really a complaint. The staff were friendly and rhe room was clean. I brought my own loop earbud which came in handy as was a bit noisy at times, thr worst being some inconsiderate guests in the hallway. Nothing the hotel can do about this though. They did provide earplugs

Great stay here ! Breakfast staff brilliant ! Reception staff great ! Hotel fine but did not put tissues in bathroom after a clean. Not major but you think that would be a given ! Great location ! Breakfast Amazing

Excellent clean hotel in a fantastic location.

Everything was super nice . It’s just that you need to keep in one room two separate bedrooms so we can avoid booking multiple rooms and can save some .
