Breakfast room guy never smile and overall I’ve never seen employees smile and say hi except cleaning ladies. Some of towels needed Renew.

They must improve with the air conditioning is to hot in some units

Everything there is excellent, the only problem is the guy from the breakfast buffet, it looks like he hates his job and have a horrible attitude as well as the young lady in the front desk morning shift. Other than that the place is awesome

Very good hotel in a central Valladolid location. You have parking at the hotel for a reasonable price, plus additional public parking next door. The room was comfortable, but it lacked a drawer for clothing. The air conditioning system controls are not intuitive, so its better to ask for help. Modern look, comfortable lobby space and welcoming and helpful staff.

This is a 4-star hotel with excellent location. We stayed ay a Family room for 4 with two bedrooms, spacious, clean and excellent views to the main plaza and interior patio.

Great experience. Great location. Most staff friendly. A couple people at front desk seemed apathetic and didn’t bother to acknowledge or give eye contact on way in or out. Not a big deal. Very clean

For personal reasons I visit Valladolid once or twice a year. If I can, I stay at the Enara, I do. It is centrally located, comfortable and provides everything I need. The hotel personnel are friendly and professional.

The manager is a conceited person with no respect for people's complaints. When trying to communicate with him about the noisy atmosphere he became defensive and abrupt. I was blatant enough to tell him that the place was a mierrda

Terrible information about how to find the hotel by car and its weird directions to the parking . This needs severe , proper information.

We have stayed here before and as before the staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very central to everything. It’s clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.
