I called the front desk and asked for more towels, only for them to tell me to come get them myself. I also received a call at exactly 10 pm from the front desk stating the guest below me was complaining about the noise. The lady stated that at 10 pm, we start quiet time. My family of 5 (3 of whom are toddlers) and I had just returned from the pool at 9:55 and were just getting settled into the room. I told the front desk we had just returned from the pool and entered the room, and asked if she was serious. She rudely replied; Yes, please be quiet and hung up. At 8 am the next morning, we arrived at the continental breakfast, and most of the food was gone. I asked if they could refill the pancake machine, and was told someone would do so. Someone came to clean the area, which was disgusting, and my shoes were sticking to the carpet, but no one filled the pancakes. Overall, I would not stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and it lived up in every way to our first stay a year ago. Large, spacious, well-appointed room; comfortable beds and pillows: excellent water pressure in the shower; Dove products for soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, and everything very clean. (As a former executive housekeeper and hotel inspector, I tend to be very picky. This hotel lives up to every expectation.) Breakfast was delicious: egg and cheese omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, warm cinnamon rolls, three types of cereal, make your own pancakes... if you leave hungry, it's not for a lack of options! The staff we met, from the front desk to the breakfast ladies, to the housekeeping team, were warm, friendly, responsive and helpful. Definite 5 stars from me for this property!

Our handicap accessible room was great. Breakfast had lots of options and all was very good. We could look out at nature. Enough space for suitcases.

Would like to see recycle containers especially in the breakfast area. Staff were all very nice.

Very nice staff. Room was clean. Lot of places to eat nearby.

The extra room in the suite didn't have a TV or a desk, just empty space. Not well kept up. Temperature control wasn't working. Breakfast was great.

Cleanish but out dated

Paying an “incidentals” charge upfront irked me to distraction. Not even sure what an incidental expense might be and since it has yet to be credited, not sure that I incurred one.

A very nice room at a very good price. We stayed there twice in the last month. The room we had the second time was showing a little wear, but overall our experiences with staff and facilities were excellent
