The hotel is really nice..complete, clean, there is a bus every hour..from the bus stop it goes through the back of the Prophet's birthday..so you can go straight through the top to the harom..the staff are friendly, the receptionist is quick, our names are already written without many rules, we get the key straight away..it's really nice

We ordered makareem albayt, until albayt was moved to makareem Mina on Jalan Aziziyah. Fortunately the room was similar to the photo of makareem albayt on Traveloka. The staff was friendly, mineral water was given every day. We didn't order food, we just ate by ourselves looking for the nearest restaurant according to our taste. Makareem albayt is comfortable, not noisy because not many people stay here. In front of it there is a restaurant, juice shop, alabaik, the bus is also close, also the Noory supermarket in front of the road. To harom it's only 15 riyals to 30 riyals. Depends on the driver. By bus 4 riyals.

The hotel is ugly, not as good as the photos, the building and interior are old, need to be renovated, during our 4-night stay the room was never cleaned, and for mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar we had to ask for it every day, and there are no bus facilities from the hotel so we have to take a paid public bus, 4 reals per person for a single bus ride from the haram to the hotel, and you can't pay cash, you have to use a credit card, so if you don't have a credit card you can't take the public bus in Mecca.

It ' s in a good location & near a mosque. But the price of breakfast is more expensive than in the booking receipt. It says 45 riyal but in reality it should be 70 riyal per person.

The service is good, friendly, the rooms are good, access or distance to the Haram mosque is easy, there is a free bus in front of the hotel..

Hotelnya mantap, bersih depannya ada bus gratis menuju haram kamar bagus serasa bintang 5, pelayanan ramah sekali.
