Good location thats all.... No AC, window open to courtyard, old furniture, water doesnt drain in the shower.

I stayed here for a couple of nights during my trip to Mexico City. The property is in a very central location, which made getting around Polanco easy and convenient. The place itself feels cozy and has a nice, quiet charm. Staff was very helpful. That said, there are a couple of gaps worth noting. The room did not have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable depending on the weather. However, the staff arranged me an portable AC. The lighting in the room was also quite dim and could definitely be improved. Overall, I had a good stay and the location is a strong plus. I would rate this property 3 out of 5.

The tv of the room is very small and cannot watch neflix. The room is not the best, no coffee maker, no iron. The best was the staff very nice girls you have there and the location is excellent.

This place is amazing: the location unbeatable, is close to everything, shops, restaurants and nightlife yet is great and comfortable to sleep and rest.

the property cancelled my booking WITHOUT my knowledge nor Expedia's. We were being told at 10:30 pm as we arrived to the location after a full day journey from California 😵‍💫

excellent service. Bathroom needs to be a little cleaner but that would be all.

The rooms are in urgent need of a renovation.

This place has a fantastic location, service, and very clean.

Please do not fall for the hype around this “hotel”, the room I got was run down, holes/rips in the blanket, stank of sewage, the shower dripped, the toilet wasn’t sealed/was coming apart, the sink had no plug/stopper, there were ants in the bathroom, no ventilation. Yes, breakfast is included, yet they do not tell you that you have to walk a block to another of their “hotels” for it, no mini fridge, no room service, no telephone.

No soap, towels and hot water

Great location. Room average but bathroom was very dirty in all corners. My towel had a huge hole in it, which they change after letting them know. Our sink didn't drain due to dirty pipes (the dirt and hair would flout around in the water that wouldn't drain). Poor lighting , no fan. Room description said it had kitchenette which ours didn't. ONLY good thing was the location.

Pesima dotación. Precio muy alto para las condiciones del sitio. Parece un Airbnb de baja calidad. Ofrecen desayuno y este queda a 5 minutos caminando. La entrada confunde mucho,

I usually don’t make this kind of comments but the property has very poor maintenance. In the room was mold and the paint was coming off the walls. The main knob door was falling apart, the refrigerator wasn’t working, was ask for more towels because the ones we had were like sand paper including the bathroom floor mats had holes and very old and stained, they advertised that they had pretty much that it was equipped with utensils (which there was none and missing a lot of pots so we couldn’t even cook, bed was very uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep much, the balcony seemed like it doesn’t get cleaned because there were old cigarette buts, the balcony shades were old and damaged, the property elevator is old makes a lot of noise and the elevator door is very dangerous, my girlfriend’s leg got stuck in the door and won’t open so we were lucky that I was right outside and push the outside button to reopen the door, same thing happened to me but it was my arm. I notified the front desk and they’re answer

Great Place to stay!!

I love Mexico City and I adore the people here. I would be back any time. What I found are most of the hotels. I’m not very well. Kept up with repairs. Paint shipping cracks in the walls, the floors, but the people and the cleanliness of the sheets and laundered items is excellent.

Cuarto sucio, pedí limpiar y nunca limpiaron correctamente toallas viejas, no control tv, no hay supervisión cada uno hace lo mínimo para cumplir, instalaciones deterioradas y descuidadas, ubicación perfecta, estado terrible, último día me tuve que bañar en otro cuarto porque no había agua caliente en mi cuarto al tercer día me ofrecieron cambiarme de cuarto por mis quejas del cuarto sucio les dije que el cuarto estaba bien que solo había que limpiarlo por qué proponen soluciones que no son soluciones
