The view was spectacular and the location was excellent. Our room was extremely large and had comfortable furnishings. The breakfast had a decent selection and plentiful food, but the food was mediocre. It was the only downside to our stay, but I would still stay here again in a heartbeat,

Beautifully appointed hotel with a prime location for easy access to the Charles Palace Bridge as well as Old Town. The room felt like a mini suite, and breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend!

The property was very clean and perfectly located for everything we wanted to do. Great selection at breakfast, that did change daily, during our 3 day stay.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. A very charming hotel perfectly located with quick access to all the sites, cafes and dining. The breakfast was incredible and exceeded my expectations.

The location close to Charles Bridge and within walking distance of many Prague Old Town attractions was ideal. The staff were especially helpful. My luggage was delayed. Speaking excellent English, they helped me notify the airline, arranged for delivery to the hotel, provided a much-appreciated bag of "rescue toiletries", and soothed my frayed nerves. A full hot breakfast buffet was included. It was delicious!

The location of this hotel could not be better. Central for sightseeing but tucked in a backstreet that is quiet at night. The view toward the river is spectacular. The room we had was spacious and functional, although the furnishings were a bit tired. Plentiful hot water and pressure. Wifi did not work well in our room and hotel staff did not resolve that. There was a problem with the card key to our room and we had to get a real key instead. Elevators did not work on and off. Breakfast was excellent. I would stay again because of the fantastic location.

I thought the breakfast was mediocre and disappointing. I also thought there should have been a common room with coffee and tea all day and a comfortable place to sit.

Fantastic hotel, incredible location to all the things to would want to see in the heart of Prague. The price to value is exceptional. I can’t believe I paid so little in exchange for the experience my family had. The breakfast is great too!

Staff were very helpful - especially the ladies handling the breakfasts, who never seemed to stop running around taking care of everyone (gluten-free options were provided, including breads, granola and cookies). The room (405) was nice overall, but in need of some maintenance (e.g. for the blinds on the 6 window panes: 2 were in good condition with their pulls intact ; 2 were OK, but missing their pull tabs which made them harder to operate ; the last window pane had its blind missing completely (which made it hard to darken the room). Soundproofing was definitely lacking, and the noise from the nearby road and the all-night bars just across the road could make it hard to sleep at times. We picked the hotel for its proximity to Charles Bridge, but failed to take into account that the location could also make it loud inside the hotel room. There was also a bad sewer smell just outside the hotel main door - not sure of the origin.

This hotel is a stately building right in the middle of Old Town and within close walking distance to almost everything you want to see in Prague. The staff was excellent from top to bottom, and the breakfast buffet included in the room rate had more than I could have wanted. My room itself was huge by European or American standards. In contrast, I came from a hotel room in London that was one fourth the size of this room for the same cost.

We were thrilled with the size of our room, it was more like a suite. It was great to have a seperate dressing room to keep our suitcases. Unfortunately, the style of the shower doors were a real nuisance. We ended up getting the floor very wet each time. And I did find the bed a little too hard. But location was absolutely ideal and the breakfast buffet was fabulous!!!
