Great location, easy parking, excellent services, good breakfast.

There was no hot water for a shower on the evening of arrive through to the leaving the next day. The apology was it affected everyone! and they could not get a maintenance guy until the following day. To partially excuse the hotel the weather was appalling with some horrendous thunderstorms and large hailstones (twice).

This beautiful hotel and resort was a very pleasant surprise. The service was excellent, the pool serene, and the dining (breakfast & dinner) were delicious. In the past we normally stay on the lake. But this was a better choice. 10-15 minutes to everything without the hustle and bustle of massive tourism. Which made for a much more tranquil and relaxing visit.

Fabulous hotel in beautiful surroundings. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and airy with tea making facilities which is rare to find in Italy. Would highly recommend. The only downside is that there are no nets on the windows so at night I wasn’t comfortable leaving the windows open due to mosquitos so we had to sleep with a/c on.

Great location close to a lot of things but far enough to be quite and relaxing. Restaurants some dishes are great other not so much. The pool and the spa are awesome.

Fantastic setting great service a dream hotel in beautiful surroundings

The hotel is a beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings and the best swimming pool for the size of hotel we have ever had. It suited us down to the ground. The breakfasts were fab, couldn't fault the bar staff, breakfast staff etc they were so very attentive. My only issue with staff were two young girls on reception. They were for a better word, miserable. The two other members of staff, the older lady and the gent were very nice and welcoming. The room was slightly disappointing but didn't spoil our stay and the bedding was changed every other day, towels as many times as required. So the cleanliness was 100%... just that slight unwelcoming feel was off putting. But I would recommend the hotel.

From the minute we checked in, we knew we were somewhere really special. Just switch off and enjoy.

The location of the hotel is amazing. You arrive via a small path very scenic. The hotel itself is nice, staff is great and breakfast was very nice too. The room was overall clean, with a couple minor details (some clipped nails on the floor) but the most unpleasant thing is the fact that from one room to the other you can hear the neighbors. It was almost as living in the same room with them.

This hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was nice, but the reason I must tare it low is the walls were paper thin.i could hear every single thing above and to the side of me, including people using the bathroom and doing other intimate thongs. It was the worst night sleep I've ever gotten at a hotel. They need to seriously look into insulating their walls. For this reason, I would never Stat there again or recommend it.

The room was fine though plug sockets difficult and auto tap in the bathroom made washing quite a hit or miss experience. The hotel itself was very attractive, in a good setting and conveniently situated, though the access to it wasn't the most attractive. However the hotel was let down by very poor food.

Beautiful exclusive country side location yet only 10 mins drive from Peschiera. Quiet, calming and peaceful. Elegantly restored farm property. Will definitely return but when it's not as hot!!

Loved staying here in our junior suite plenty of room. However they advertise rainfall showers which I love but I have never known rain to fall at right angles they spray on both showers sprayed in all directions so a bit rubbish. Had dinner in the restaurant we reserved a table but were put outside in the courtyard when we asked if we could move they said yes but I felt bad... Until we sat down and saw that across from us was our name on the table we had reserved... Staff seemed really dissorganised and several times took food to wrong tables... Had to send potatoes back as they were dry and over cooked however our food was relly good but overall the restaurant is a bit of a shambles...not relaxing. Breakfast was fab even had Presecco. Grounds need a little bit of TLC but ok. Not as good over all as advertised and had the feeling of a quiet retreat but still nice... You need a car.

Lovely hotel with beautiful scenery and lovely staff. Would definitely go back for calm break and would recommend. Great location for visiting Lake Garda but need a car. Only two slight negatives - very cold pool & restaurant tended to be very quiet atmosphere wise. Overall really lovely place.

We visited the hotel for travel/leisure for 1 night and wished we had more time to stay another few nights OUTSTANDING. A surprisingly delightful and beautiful find!
