Breakfast was amazing, room was clean and well appointed and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Enjoyed our room patio, as well as dining room patio.

Great hotel!

We spent 3 wonderful nights prior to a cruise. Our room was spacious with a lovely, huge terrace. Breakfast each morning was very good! The bar was nice in the evening with a super bartender who was quite knowledgeable of Portuguese wines. Staff were all very professional and friendly. Great location for everything in Lisbon.

The second day, the 20% f&b voucher and the welcome drink voucher both disappeared from my room. I had left them on the desk and hadn't used them yet.

Ver well located in the best shopping area with lots of restaurants around. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rafael from the restaurant. He is top notched in terms of service. The free egg tarts were excellent. (One of the best) however for a 5 star property, I would expect the towels to be of better quality and the toiletries to be more luxurious.

The rooms were large and comfortable. We booked a room with a HUGE terrace which I would highly recommend. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond! They were absolutely incredible!! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Service and staff all excellent. Restaurant meal delicious as I had pumpkin soup followed by steak whilst violinist playing outstanding music.

The hotel is well located. The reception staff was kindly and helpful. We had a very when we left the hotel. We forgot a box with a necklace inside the safe box, and they said the box was empty. a very bad experience

Wonderful hotel. Almost perfect. Some rooms could use some minor repairs but on the whole our stay was amazing. Friendly staff, lots of perks, amazing breakfasts. Bar with entertainment … very inviting.

I love 138 Libertade! Centrally located, great breakfast, and the room was peaceful. I had everything I needed. I arrived early to leave my bags. The staff was beyond accommodating & wonderful!
