Great room. Hotel split into three buildings which is not ideal if it’s raining! Staff very helpful. Restaurant fabulous.

Very pleasant stay

Booked room with double bed only to be told when we arrived they don’t have rooms with double only single beds.

Waking up in the gap between two single beds wedged together is very uncomfortable. The bathroom always felt a little dirty / gross. Waking up to the birds was nice though, if you’re into that. Other than that it’s just a basic hotel, nothing special.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and it was nice to have a room with a small terrace. The bird sanctuary and zoo was really enjoyable. It was a nice bonus.

Very comfortable, good location and staff were friendly and helpful

Restaurant was brilliant. Reception staff were very helpful on all occasions. Room large with good amenities. Only one difficulty and that was the heating was inadequate even though reception gave clear instructions on temperature control.

This hotel was a perfect place to relax, with the bonus of free entry to their own bird zoo - our balcony being above the ostrich enclosure

A very comfortable hotel in a very pleasant area. The staff were helpful.

The free entrance to the zoo park just beside the hotel is a bonus. The breakfast 18 Euro is great and convenient. The only negative review is the bathtub and the side towel rack were not cleaned properly.

Clean and reasonably priced.

Checking in was quick and smooth, and the employees at the front desk were very kind and sweet. We stayed in a family suite that was well-priced and very comfortable for all 5 of us. We had plenty of space and everything was clean and easy to use. We struggled to find a place in Amsterdam that was suitable for families and I am glad we stayed here instead, we will definitely stay here again for our next trip to Amsterdam.

Everything was 100% also all staff very friendly and helpful

Nice place. A bit dated and there is a casino outside so loud at night if you keep your window open. But safe and nice place.

Great place to stay!

This hotel needs updating !!! Its awful, separate buildings, the food in the restaurant wasn’t good and the overall experience was poor
