Great

I was treated very poorly and fined $200 for smoking on the outdoor balcony that i was never told not to smoke there.

Very clean and comfortable.. Plenty of shops nearby. Major shopping complex close by. Well equipped gym. Sports bar and restaurant in Hotel were great for end of day meals and drinks

Really clean and nice. Close to Woolworths and there’s a club onsite.

The rooms were extremely clean, parking was very easy. Woolworths is right next door which is very convenient.

the whole area of the motel is quite good rooms very clean end quiet. has a hotel next door has its own restaurant set near a small shopping centre and a Westfield shopping centre five minute drive. Staff very pleasant

The most friendly reception staff I have encountered in a long. What a credit they are to the Hotel and the Company. Will be back.

Room was great! Clean and enough space for all of us. Great with the plates and cutlery for our takeaway meals we had. Staff were friendly in check-in. Wonderful that we had free onsite parking. Was confusing with the accommodation on the other side (2nd Driveway) of the Sports Bar/Bottle Shop. But was worth it once we located the accommodation. Fabulous that Woolies and food places right next door for groceries and meals.

Friendly staff, room was nice and big, I had the deluxe king room. Bed was good, no trouble sleeping at all. Room service food was very nice, no issues here at all. Will stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, cosy, pillows comfortable, which is a first after many other chain stays. Everything you need/great location.

Spotless room great to be able to get ice. Just wish there was a toaster in the room.

I stayed in a standard King - room was lovely, clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. On my next visit to Melbourne, I will make sure to book again.

Accommodation was great, comfortable bed & room was spotless. Shower spray created water to flow out of the shower, which then made the mat soaked & a hazard to walk on. Accident waiting to happen
