Perfect customer service

This is a lovely old hotel, recently refurbished I would imagine, in the centre of Cognac. Staff were friendly with a good command of English and our room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic shower! Breakfast was very good too! Parking is available but as we visited on a weekend we were able to park on the street outside for free. The hotel is very well located for bars and restaurants as well as the major brandy houses.

Great location in the middle of this delightful town. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the pool or spar facilities. Only slight criticism was the room we were in felt a little dated for 4* hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful building in the perfect location. We had an enormous room, beautifully appointed. Bathroom was spotless. Really enjoyed it!

Hôtel has a dated image but it’s ok. Location great for bar bistro and restaurants.

Magnificent historic hotel right in the heart of cognac. Also went to the suggested restaurant- excellent. Had a great stay here.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had our own patio whşch is amazing. The swimming pool and the hammam was the highlight of the stay. Also I need to mention that the staff was very kind and helpful.

Very nice hotel in a great location, great staff and facilities.

The taxi cabs were two expensive for four minutes rides and they are not enough restaurant open in the middle of the afternoon. The tourist area they close and reopen late
