The hotel was nice, nice inside decor, nice bright and discus restaurant. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We received extra read bags and milk upon request. House keeping changed our towels after one night and gave us additional toiletries too which was good. I mentioned to reception on check out that my bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a sink in feeling possibly the springs have gone. They said maintenance would look at it today. I’d prefer breakfast to have been buffet but the food was lovely and good quality.

Good location not far from centre of Manchester

A very comfortable stay and easy driving distance to relatives. Traffic noise a little intrusive but quickly cured by shutting the windows!! In a heatwave the hotel has a really cool atmosphere.

Fantastic hotel. The staff were amazing and the breakfast was amazing.

First time at this hotel and although it was out of town there was a bus stop right outside of hotel which went into Bury. Breakfast was in restaurant area and it was a good full English.It would have been good to have a fan or air conditioning in the room as it was very warm but otherwise room was very comfortable. More storage for clothes would have been nice or more hangers available. Bar area very nice but drinks a little expensive.

Very helpful and professional reception and restaurant staff. Room was disappointing as heating did not work so had a blow heater in the room, shower leaked and radiator and door in bathroom quite dirty grime.

Excellent stay as ever

Pleasant mid-range hotel in a semi rural setting

Our bed wasn’t very comfortable or pillows but others we stayed with said theirs was fine, so just unlucky for us. We stayed for a wedding and service was fantastic. Good food and drinks x

Great staff, excellent breakfast

Lovely hotel, clean modern and had everything you need. Negative is it’s not close to anything so you are reliant on the hotel itself.

First time at Red hall and it was great value for money the staff were very welcoming and would definitely stay again if n the area

I stay here regularly. Great hotel, friendly staff, easy check-in and check out service. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend.

All good apart from cold shower

Stayed for 1 night with my wife when attending a wedding. Staff friendly. Room comfy and on site parking. Only complaint is the shower leaked so soaks the floor in the bathroom.

Room cold and radiator up as high as possible. Carpet looked dirty. Shower intermittent hot and cold. Not brilliant

Hotel was absolutely fine and good value for money. The wi-fi didn't work, which is painful if you're trying to work. It keeps dropping out. That's the second stay where the wi-fi didn't work. You can login, but it routinely drops out.

Hotel was tired, room was very dated smelt strongly of bleach, poorly finished, Breakfast was good
