The beach was in the best part of Follonica and not too crowded because they only have 2 rows of sun beds.Very appreciated. Check in too complicated - I understand Covid but procedures take too long. They do not allow earlier check in - again I understand - but they could have let us use the beach. Check out at 9AM! Even if my reservation stated 10AM. Our room was very clean but nothing special, no windows and small but we knew that, it was the one we chose so no complaints about it. There are some wonderful beachfront bungalows, not sure if always available.

They said there was no more avalibility in restaurant. Said we had to go someplace else to eat. Very disappointed considering we paid $190. Not worth it.

If you like Butlins and Karoke its the place for you. Tired looking hoilday camp with nice staff.

Posizione ottima. Personale gentile e disponibile.Camera carina e silenziosa. Graditi i biscotti di benvenuto trovati in camera e anche il bollitore con caffè e tè vari a disposizione.Animazione, minigolf,piscina,tennis,noleggio bici e molto altro. Purtroppo non sono ammessi animali. Struttura vivamente consigliata!

Tolles Resort direkt am Meer - allerdings durch eine Düne getrennt. Doppelzimmer sind ok, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war auch ok, Auswahl der Speisen eher dürftig. Haben 1x abends dort gegessen: Buffet viel zu teuer für das, was es bietet. Es ist ein Familienresort, hat also viele Kinder. Sehr freundliches Personal! Wunderschöne Umgebung, viele Restaurants, Shops in der Umgebung.

Ottima struttura come camere, location e spiaggia pero’ orari e servizi bar ristorazione da rivedere oltre che cari.

Struttura pulita e ben organizzata, spiaggia con lettini e sdraio ed animazione top per bambini. Da migliorare la qualità di qualche piatto del ristorante interno, per il resto tutto ottimo!

Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che la spiaggia fosse vicina e che ombrellone e lettini fossero compresi nel prezzo, che fosse tutto ben curato e che fossero offerti diversi servizi di ristorazione

Organizzazione scarsa. Ristoranti con cibo appena accettabile, servizio lento e disorganizzato. Colazione appena sufficiente. Tutte le attività (campo da tennis, mini-golf, Ping-pong) sono a pagamento nonostante i prezzi alti per pernottare.

Keine speziellen Bemerkungen. Personal und Service, das Hotelzimmer wie auch das Angebot im Hotel-Restaurant waren gut bis sehr gut.
