Superb staff...

The room was fantastic. The food was lovely, staff were friendly, but the reception area and stairwells need a bit of cleaning and updating.

Our room was very clean and very pretty decoration. Our evening meal was excellent, plus time in the bar after completed our evening. Our free breakfast was most enjoyable. Will certainly be recommended to friends and family. Thank you.

Spacious room, friendly staff, delicious made to order breakfast. Parking in the back, however not a ton of spaces. No trouble finding a space though. Would recommend and stay again.

The room was fabulous, but the highlight has to be the staff, especially Mandy. So friendly but still professional.

Pleasant hotel with nice room and bathroom. Limited local dining options, which meant hotel restaurant was very busy and it took a while for food to arrive. Breakfast very good. Gated parking on site. Ideally situated for a visit to the beautiful Powis Castle ( walking distance from the hotel)

Staff were very helpful , friendly nothing was too much trouble, bedroom was clean tidy

Excellent service and a very clean room. It was a blustery night and the window rattled, but the maintenance man was going to fix it. Breakfast was excellent and also our evening meal.

A lovely warm room with a comfortable bed and well placed for visiting sites in the area. The staff were helpful and the hotel had a nice ambiance. The breakfast was good with a good choice of different breakfasts.
