The hotel is in a good location. Has very good amenities. However, the bed and pillows are terrible. The bed feels like you are sleeping in a slat of wood and the pillows are super unconformable

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. A las instalaciones les falta mantenimiento, sobre todo a las alfombras. El personal muy amable. El mayor inconveniente es que había un concierto en las instalaciones de la feria que son cercanas y todo el ruido se escuchaba en la habitación. Me costó descansar esa noche hasta que terminó el evento.

great place deffinately would stay again

Been using this property before and this time I noticed that it has been lock of maintenance on some areas like bathrooms with mildew in the shower. And dirty furniture at the lobby.

Very good food

Good- rooms are standard and well kept, a quiet place to rest with a great view of the main avenue. Great for a short stay.

I got to the hotel 2:30pm and they made me wait to check in. Then my room was not ready

I didn’t like the rooms. They were old and had a lot of cosmetic.

The local is just ok. The only good time to stay here would be during la feria. The staff was not very friendly and they wouldn't let you check in until 3 pm.

The air conditioning did not work I ask Expedia to help me with booking another reservation and they wanted me to go check out and look for another place when I was on my vacation they need to check these places before they let us book

We had problems with the TV control de First night. They went supposely to fix it several times, late at night an no Solutions. The towels were old. The have an amazing view from rooms hotel córners and the restaurant on the 15th floor. But the windows are súper dirty
