There’s a certain retro charm about this place. Stepping into the suite was like visiting your Granny’s house, with nothing having changed since the 1960’s. It was very clean, however peeling wood and windows especially in the bathroom require urgent renovation.

This is an older property but is well maintained with a friendly staff. If you love the beach and a little room to move around your room this is the place for you. If your looking for room service and modern touches then I wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel is located on a beautiful spot of Delray Beach. It’s simple, clean, affordable and no hassle whatsoever..

Management was very attentive and gracious

Front staff person was rude and a liar. The hotel was empty, and they gave me a room by guests that were having a family reunion.

We have visited this property multiple times and we absolutely love it! We will be back.

This place is a gem. From the location, to the staff, to the rooms, everything was top notch. Perfect place for a romantic getaway. Beautiful property. The staff was also over the top and genuinely sincere people. It’s rare to find places like this today, and I’m blessed to have came across it. I will absolutely be back!

You can not put ac on the temp you want . It’s a very low key place pool needed vacuuming.It does have a charm but don’t think I’ll be staying there again

Best location! All rooms are spacious. My favorite place to go because how close the beach is from my room.

Kitchen needs upgrades to stove and cabinets. Plug where microwave was loose in the wall. I notified maintenance on checkout. TV was old and too small for large sitting area. Bathroom paint was poorly done

This hotel was just perfect!! It is right on the beach and comes with towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, even little tables and some beach toys. They had a BBQ and covered eating area that was perfect. They have bikes you can rent, free use of the washing machine and even a small continental breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. It is walking distance to many restaurants, and has a nice, warm pool. The hotel is small and quiet and has plenty of parking. It really was the perfect place to stay. We thought it would be great for a future family get together. The staff were super nice and helpful.

The efficiency was perfect size, clean and had everything we needed. The people are nice and friendly. We will definitely come back.

This is the perfect location for a quiet beach getaway. We were close to downtown Delray for great choice of restaurants and activities, and yet so relaxing at the beach. Staff was great and helpful. We'll be back!

The hotel is right on the beach which is great. But the rooms were SEVERELY outdated, and I am being generous here. The bathroom felt particularly unsanitary. It was very expensive for what it was IMHO. Most of the furniture should have been thrown in the trash. We asked housekeeping to vacuum the floor in the living room area as my friend broke a glass. I don’t think they ever did. Glass remained when we returned from a day out. I ended up stepping on a small sliver of glass the same day. I then swept the place myself. Being at the beach, you carry sand in. It would be nice if they gave a quick vacuum daily. I ended up sweeping up daily including numerous bits of glass! We asked for shampoo and even left a note in the bathroom but it never came.
