I just had a lovely experience at a hotel located right in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The location is fantastic; it's just a few minutes' walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, and the surrounding area is always bustling with shops and restaurants – it's like stepping out the door and seeing "Hanoi's 36 streets" right away. Room: The room was clean, the furnishings were new, and it smelled pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were pristine white. The room was a bit small, typical of the Old Quarter, but the layout was good, so it was still comfortable. Service: The reception staff were friendly, check-in was quick, and they helped me with my luggage before check-in. The staff were very polite and lovely. Amenities: – Strong Wi-Fi – Smooth elevator – Welcome drink provided – Extremely convenient area for eating and sightseeing Minor drawback: Because it's in the city center, it's a bit noisy at night, but you can still sleep well with the doors closed. In summary: A good option for the price, a great location, perfect for those who want to explore the old town and do a lot of walking. I would consider returning if I have the chance.

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, but on the 2nd day I was moved to another hotel with my own luggage without being escorted or carried. I was only shown the map. Really disappointed.

Booked this accommodation when it was not yet time to check in so I went first. After returning at about 10 o'clock, the owner told us to change to another hotel, a relative's hotel that is nearby, which is an older hotel. The equipment is not readily available, but the hotel owner is well serviced. So I try to see the reviews in Pantip. I find that many people like us too.

Nice place and near old quarter

Very good service, clean room, can accommodate 3 people but no lift Have to walk up the stairs to the room The highest is the 7th floor. Tour to Halong Bay which the hotel sells is expensive. Should book tours with agencies that are everywhere in the old quarter.

Reception staff very good. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean.

I reservation 2 deluxe rooms. I like everything in this hotel clean, location, service, room, amenities in the room. Except when I check in the staff told me that the room was full. And let me stay at the Prince I Hotel , which is older than, bad food, stink room and not clean. I met other travelers at the Prince I Hotel, he said he had booked Prince II Hotel too, but the hotel said the room was full because it was closed for maintenance and to stay at the Prince I Hotel instead of me. Then I went back to the Prince II Hotel to confirm that I needed to stay at the Prince II Hotel. The hotel arranged a room for me. but why?

Family room was large and clean. If you come with family, you choose booking 1 2 3 floor. (No have elevator) Staff very friendly.
