这里的服务态度非常好，特别是前台服务人员王丹女士，她热情接待着我们，而且还给我们讲解了如何预约的流程。楼层的工作人员也都非常好。这次住宿给我留下了难忘的记忆，希望以后有机会可以再来这里旅游！

Hotel Room had stains on carpet and on chair, but the biggest downfall about this Hotel is that they did not have a functioning Air Conditioning System, so the room was too warm.

Location is central , check in efficient with yummy Choc cookie . The concierge staff Rick is very friendly and helpful with places to eat . Used the paid spa facility as well and was satisfied.

I frequently stay at this hotel because the price matches the quality. Good service and always efficient. The property is older than the other 5 star hotels but it’s maintained well and I always sleep comfortably. Alice Li was especially accommodating in the breakfast buffet. Great selection of Chinese dishes as well as American food. Terry also proved to be a great help at the buffet. Very pleased with my stay.

Free laundry, nice staff 👍, closed to Middle Street and Shenyang Imperial Palace. Excellent property.

This is an old hotel in Shenyang old town area. It next to a wholesale market which was very famous about 20 years ago. The hotel room is big enough for 1 person. Hotel staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Maybe because it is still a Chinese style hotel, the lobby bar only provide coffee from 12pm. Overall I enjoy my 9 nights stay in this hotel

Hotel is centrally located, although there's not much in the immediate vicinity. It's clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The Cookie is amazing as usual. The only complaint is a few of the light bulbs were out.

This is an "off the beaten track" city not really suitable for the foreign traveler. Very little English is spoken...anywhere...interner connection is extremely poor...internsyion bank services sporadic. Shenyang is not like Hong Kong or Shanghai...places where in these things are available and common place.

Nice area, quiet, but a bit far from subway station. Far from attractions too.

All good ... love the pool as well... my Son enjoyed Swimming at the pool. The breakfast was decent

The hotel is located in a convenient location accessible to most areas. I’m surprised how luxurious this hotel was. They served good American food in their restaurants. The rooms were much nice and clean much nicer than other rooms I’ve stayed at in other parts of China. Their staff was very friendly and most of them speak English. I especially like the breakfast buffet that they offered for a price of 120 rmb.

The bartender made a mistake on my bill in the lobby lounge and didn't fix it after I insisted and made me pay for the mistake. The rest of the staff were fantastic and accommodating. The hotel itself has wonderful facilities and I would stay here again, but not return to the lobby lounge.

Room was really spacious and comfortable.

Love the room. Hotel was great. Some road construction was happening right in front of the hotel door steps and that made getting around difficult. And that should have been mentioned in the hotel booking.

My only complaint is they didn't give me the room I booked. But other then that it was great the staff was very helpfull most would not take tips. The room was lar age and extremely comfortable. I would stay there again and probably will when I go back to get married.

I stayed one night before my flight out of China, there were major roadworks going on outside the hotel but the taxi had no trouble accessing the premises. Staff were great, rooms are very nice with much more comfortable beds than you might expect in China (by Western standards). The hotel is still quite new and shiny, the one issue I had was the glass shower door which made a horrible cracking noise every time I closed it, but apart from the initial shock to me there didn't seem to be any actual damage to the door.

Was in Shenyang for medical reasons and this hotel was very close to the hospital. Very happy with the stay there.
