Excellent hotel — they allowed me to check in early since I had just come off my cruise at 8:15 AM, and they let me check in at 11:00 AM. Excellent location, excellent cleanliness, excellent everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, as it was cold and there wasn’t much variety. But everything else about the hotel was excellent — I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient overnight stay to catch a very early flight. The shuttle was right on time and quickly got us to the airport with plenty of time to check our bags and get through security before heading to our flight. Convenient options for dining and breakfast is served starting at 5 AM! We would definitely stay here again.

Great room, great place

Could only get the shower temperature to a lukewarm and I prefer a much warmer temperature

Excellent customer service, Front Desk staff-Laura and Driver were very helpful. Shuttle available from airport to the hotel on time. Secondly, shuttle took us to nearby restaurant and picked us back to hotel for free. Transportation was arranged to drop us at sea port to embark on our cruise. We enjoyed our stay.

They offered a free shuttle not only to the airport but to the light rail station.

The room is very nice. Breakfast was good. Their shuttle service is excellent!! Not only did the pick us up at the airport, they offered shuttle to places to eat and to the light rail train. Staff went up and beyond to provide great service!

My wife (Pamela) became sick and we had to cancel our flight and stay there more days. The hotel staff was wonderful. They found us a an Urgent Care Center, called us a taxi, and kept Pam in water to stay hydrated. Excellent Hotel!

We stopped using Hampton Inn a few years ago as we felt quality standards significantly declined. This location was much better
