Great location. Clean rooms.

We could not even check in but the hotel still charged us for the stay. Due to our delayed arrival in Paris, I booked this hotel online at 11:30pm on the same day to spend the night. Our family paid for the Uber ride to the hotel, only to find out the property receptionist wasn’t there to let us in. We could not even check in or get into the hotel. I called the after-hours phone number. Someone picked up and told us that the property manager could not be reached. After two hours waiting for Expedia to speak with the hotel management, we were told that we could not check-in after 10pm. The listing on Expedia let us book without any issues. My husband, I and our two young children, ended up having to walk around Paris at 1am to find other hotels to spend the night. This was an apartment, not a hotel. The ‘hotel’ name was misleading.

Staff was very attentive, the area was nice, and the room was more than large enough for our family of five.

Clean and very nice staff. A little far from the main tourist spots but I like the local feel. Was very easy to train and bus from airport and other places around Paris. Would highly recommend!

Amazing food options near by! Staff is very friendly. For the price you get a lot. It’s like a small suite or apartment. It’s old so keep that in mind but has tons of charm

The junior suite is not a suite, it’s a tiny room with a mezzanine. The mezzanine (bed) can only be accessed by a steep ladder which will require the occupants to be young, fit and agile. The bathroom is tiny and not convenient, only skinny people will be able to use the shower which will not accommodate anyone wearing more than a L size. There is no room to place any big piece of luggage.

Property doesn’t disclose some rooms require access via a ladder to the bedroom. Not all facilites advertised were in the room and when provided were not clean No smoke detectors. Bedroom in reclaimed roof area so exit via ladder and 2 flights of stairs in emergency.

Very poor lights . Room given not like pictures! Do not trust Expedia anymore how to deal with such place !! Weirdly inclined roof that hit my head 3 times and I am lucky I am still alive !

Very French like

The continuous noise behind the wall makes me hard to fall asleep. I searched around where the sound is from, and figured it out it might be some equipments/pipes of the building behind the wall of bathroom.

Good place to stay. Walking distance from different amenities. Small room/space for a family of 4 or more.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and cozy. Short walk to food and Metros.

Please be mindful when booking if your unsure of negotiating step stairs, as this is the case if you are allocated the Johan room. The bed is located in the mezzanine level of this room. The sofa bed is a tad worn - ok for sitting on but not so much to sleep in. It would also mean a smaller living space to use the bathroom or kitchen if the sofa bed was used. Bijou & compact sums it up for this room.

Overall quite a nice little hotel/apartment suite in central Paris. Reasonably clean and modern fittings throughout. Although the floors seemed to be purposely rustic/Mediterranean in design i.e. dusty :-) While the location is central Paris it is worth noting that its still a 25 min tube/bus journey to the major attractions near the river but the immediate locality has some lots nice shopping and eateries. While we had a 2 bed apartment for a family of five it was a very small 2 bed apartment with the second bedroom stuck up a loft with a precarious ladder. Would have preferred a more comfortable room for 5 but nonetheless the staff were nice/friendly and cleaning was done daily to a good standard.

The apartment was cramped but it was nice to have a big balcony for outside dining...there was not enough room for 3 people to eat in comfort anyway !!

It was very clean.I recommend this if you have a big families.It feels like home.The only thing they only have a fan. No central air.Bathroom was clean with sauna.

Although not having carpeted flooring, the staff were understanding as my daughter lost her passport along with the keys. Be sure to not lose your key though! It takes circa 30min to get someone to open your door, and there’s not always someone at the reception!

AMAZING service! Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Property itself has a great atmosphere and good amenities. Walkable location to food. Would definitely stay there again

The apartment is right on the ocean so the location is extremely beautiful. We saw everything and I’m happy with that. We were in the place one night stay.
