Fantastic location ....comfortable room

Beautiful rooms and bathroom and excellent service and location

The locations is amazing, spectacular views from the rooftops, the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service by staff, who were very helpful and accommodating. Quality of rooms was very good and services were very accessible.

Staff is superb. Location ideal. We had numerous electrical issues with the room - switches not working, blinds inoperative - which they were not able to address due to the holidays. Aside from that our stay was wonderful. Breakfast is good. Location is perfect, close to St. Stephan’s Cathedral and high end shopping areas. Plenty of dining options nearby. Metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Taxi stand immediately outside the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar overlooks the city. For a Christmas and New Year’s location it was perfect.

We stayed in the Suite and it was a beautiful room. Location was perfect. Would recommend.

The hotel was in a good area close enough to walk to many attractions. It looked nicer in the pictures but it was fine and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice. It was a little beat up and a little dated. The staff always had storage doors open that were not kept very neat between the front desk and the elevator. It made the hotel not feel very nice.

Location and room excelents

Great hotel. Prime location. And I mean right there. You can walk out the doors and you’re right in the middle of it all. Restaurants. Shopping. A few landmarks/ museums etc. that’s what we picked this hotel for. Was because we did not have to wasn’t a whole bunch of time catching buses/metro etc. we did venture out. But the main stuff was right by us. Loved Vienna

Staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is excellent. Room is soundproof and very quiet. Location is great. It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel and room are not in a good condition. Room was not clean enough and its Visibility was quite poor. We paid a lot for the room and expected for much more. Definitely not value for money! The staff at the reception were great and very helpful. The location is perfect- very walkable to main sights and attractions and close to the metro station. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety.

Great location, cool design, gorgeous rooms

Excellent staff and the location was perfect to walk all around some of the biggest locations in Vienna. Would definitely go back
