However, the soundproofing is somewhat poor; loud conversations from the next room can be heard, which can be a bit annoying late at night.

Honestly, the bathroom is quite cramped, the shower is very weak, there is no hot water, or you have to wait for hot water for more than 30 minutes. The room on the floor is a bit dirty when you first get it, there are some black stains. There are only 2 bath towels and 1 foot towel. There are no hand towels or face towels.
