Well maintained and clean. Breakfast was really good but only until 9 am

Trevlig upplevelse i sin helhet

mold on bathroom ceiling, shower was not clean, flooring really worn where I can't tell if it's dirty or old marks.

Cold room floor, room cleaning below expectations. The bed was not made and the only sign of cleaning was a dirty cleaning rug left on the desk of room. Public areas had ok cleanliness, though. Pros: Central location, easy to find and nearby parking.

This was only for the night since me and the family was traveling up north. It was an ok and friendly reception when checking in. Locale is what we expected from a three star hotel as we go theough the building. Then we reach the room, looks decent enough, couple of coffee stains on the table, duvet cover was a bit dirty. Then we open the bathroom. The first thought would have been that it was very ugly, however before we could see we got it by the stench. It smelled damaged pipes and moisture combined with filth. And the cleanliness was… non existant. It was without doubt the filthiest bathroom that I have seen as part of an hotel experience. There is a big need to renovate these bathrooms.

Good clean hotel with a decent breakfast. All you need on a short Business trip!

Helt ok hotell, bra läge, gratis parkering, bra frukost. Lite slitet, Städningen kan förbättras.

Mycket trevligt hotell i centrala Söderhamn. Jag glömde en necessär på hotellrummet och personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och postade den hem till mig

Mer uppskuren frukt till frukost. Nu fanns vattenmelon men önskar ananas, honungsmelon mm för en mer helhetsfrukost. Korridorer och trapphus inte helt städade. Annars fint och bra med två dubbelsängar istället för våningssäng.

Behöver renovera badrummet

Fräscht rum dock luktade badrummet avlopp. Hotellets gemensamhetsutrymmen är slitna, både möbler och målade ytor. Bra tvål och schampoo. Utmärkt frukost.

Ett rätt slitet hotell och frukosten va rätt torftig tyvärr

Inte så mycket glutenfritt utbud på frukosten. Dålig luft på toaletten inne på rummet. Dåligt städat

Stort o fint rum, rymlig toalett och fantastisk frukost!

Bra rom, men madrassen begynner å bli godt ned sunket på midten.

Hotellet skulle behöva lite omtanke

Rummet var bra och rent, personalen var hjälpsamma och trevliga. relax/bastu delen var i behov av renovering men överlag ett trevligt ställe att bo på.

Bodde två nätter. Helt ok. Praktiskt för promenad i stan till olika sevärdheter, restauranger, ett bad i Färssjön eller besök i skärgården.
