The room was spotless. Modern clean and spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchenette. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

The room facilities were really nice. Underground parking for 8 euro was safe and secure. In overall the place is more than good, however we faced the issues with hot water in the evening, and sewage smell from the bathroom drain pipes reflected on our opinion about the room.

Very close to Cannes city and a very beautiful batches. People are nice and respectful also we could make our food in our room

We had a wonderful four night stay at Zenitude. Staff was friendly and efficient. The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Loved our heated towels. Enjoyed our patio facing green outdoor area. We loved that the parking garage had its exit practically right under our room! Yes, I was feeling Zen at Zenitude!

Interesting location on the canal

The hotel was decent overall, however, the rooms were too small for three adults. This caused some great uncomfort during our stay. The kitchen was also rather impractical, you could barely cook. There was only one seat at the dining table. We had to eat breakfast in our beds.. The balcony, including its chairs /table, were very filthy and needed a deep clean. Please attached pictures. We had trouble sleeping due to construction work outside being loud, not so much of a peaceful holiday. Another annoying thing with our stay was that the elevator didn't work between fri-tue.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Beds leaves a lot to be desired. Location is great for the beach and with a few nice restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a bit run down and noise levels high. It was clean although my sheets were not changed on one opportunity. The location is not great and the pool area just ok. You have to walk a fair bit to get the buses into Cannes which are not regular and don’t follow their own time tables.

There was bad smell in toilet. So we complained, and the room was changed.

Comfy beds, walking distance to many restaurants, the canal which is very pretty. Our small dog loved the multitude of cats on site.

Great, but too far out if you want to visit Cannes festival, bus station 20 minutes walk and takes an hour to get into Cannes. Hotel is beautifully situated in a quiet peaceful area. Great staff always very helpful.

Good clean hotel in quiet area. Hotel seemed quite empty which was good, felt like we had place to ourselves. Parking was secure and under hotel although had to pay a small fee. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Ran out of hot water after a shower and had to wait hours for it to heat up to the point where I asked reception if my wife could use an empty room to have a shower to which they initially seemed unwilling to do but after standing in reception for a minute or so looking like I would not take no for an answer they obliged and there was no problem. Overall pleasant stay and not to expensive. Would stay again but you definately need a vehicle as 10 min drive to center of Cannes.

It's a budget price for an area close to Cannes - so all comments have to be taken in that context. Superior room was large in size but in dire need of a refresh - walls and carpet dirty, very dusty. Poor quality bed - awful mattress and pillows. Large bathroom and excellent shower although the sink light wasn't working. Really poor that in a 6 night stay the maids do not service your apartment once. No hesitation to recommend Appart'City fora budget stay.
